I have done the Wheels Alignment to my car in Swords spent more than 40 to 50 minutes there, paid €50 fees . Spent my time and waste my money!!!

After 3 to 4 weeks I felt that there is something wrong.. First I didn't received any "Form" on the top of my receipt to show the prove of the way was done the Wheels Alignment and then after few weeks the left front tyre was worn more at the inside, in that moment I was sure that there is something wrong ... So I have decided to go to a different place and check the Wheels Alignment again just to convince myself as I felt from my point of view that the guys who done that was not really professionals.. And at my surprise or not, I find out at the other Shop that was "NOTHING DONE" to my car or probably just a bad service from Tyreland.
I had to pay again in different shop for the full Wheels Alignment !!..

Really not happy with Tyreland services and very disappointed..... "NEVER BACK AGAIN"

Spoke to Salman on Tuesday and arranged to have the second hand tyres supplied and fitted the next day. I told him I would come in after work to have them fitted. I left work early to do this and when I got there he removed my tyres and then advised me the tyres had been sold!! There was another surly, rude and horrid man with him, who when I expressed my disgust at the waste of my time, rudely informed me that it's a business and they didn't know when I was coming in so sold the tyres.
No indication of any customer service standards here and they are so obviously not in need of my money so I will not use them again.

I needed to get 4 new tyres for my Ford Focus. I heard about Tyreland on the radio and loved the fact they come out to your place of work or your home to fit your tyres. The prices include vat, the fitting & balancing. Call out charge is €5 per tyre but I guess you have to pay for the benefit of them calling out, I didn't mind that so much.
I emailed them via the enquiry form on site and mins later someone got back to me with prices for various tyres, was very impressed with the speed of response. I booked a call out in for the next day, guy turned up on time, very friendly and quick enough service (approx 45mins). Very good value (I got mid-range tyres) compared to other quotes. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Drove in to their outlet in Tooting, Garrett Lane. no clear bays so want sure where / how to park. had some idiot waving his arms about, not being overly helpful.

Apparently I hit their equipment, so I said I hadn't and he said "You would say that". He was very rude and so in the end I simply left as would rather pay a little extra elsewhere with better service - went to Kwik-Fit further down Garrett Lane and got excellent and professional service there.

Customer service over the phone is great, slightly worse at the garage though. Prices are reasonable, and advise sound. But. They threw my screws from the wheel right onto the ground, while there should be some sort of tray for this purpose. They screw them in plainly clockwise later on, while they should do it in a "cross-opposite" sort of way. Should they treat my car more professionally and with more respect, I would definitely come back to them.

Cheap tyres but look out, they will try to rip you off other ways. Tried telling me my brake pads were so low they were dangerous and that my other tyres were dangerous blah blah. The usual scare tactics. What they didnt know is Im a mechanic myself. I almost laughed in their faces at the blatant scare tactics.
Look out anyone using this branch, cheapest tyres around but it comes at a price.
