I had an issue with a malfunctioning earpiece that came with a set of 4 Motorola CLIPe 1010 radios. The representative listened to my issue, confirmed my diagnosis of the problem, and explained the next step (to have a colleage reach out). The colleage reached out very quickly without me having to follow up and decided to have a a replacement sent ASAP. Great customer service to take a problem and address it quickly without generating additional headache.
