I ordered an earpiece with PTT online
I ordered an earpiece with PTT online. I received a phone call the next day wanting to ensure I picked the correct one for my model. It turned out that I ordered the wrong one. Joe recommended to correct one and made the switch for me. This saved me a lot of time an hassle for having to return an incorrect purchase.

Top Notch Service
The team did a fantastic job in terms of communication and handling. I had my new radios programmed and delivered within 48 hours of purchase. I normally don't leave reviews but they surpassed my expectations. I look forward to using them for any radio needs in the future.
