One of the best vendors I have ever…

One of the best vendors I have ever dealt with.
The absolutely best radio vendor experience possible.
E-mail or call Tony and it is dealt with in minutes.
I cannot say enough good things.
With 2-way radio I am not doing the vendor's job or chasing the vendor to do it.

These guys are the real deal

These guys are knowledgeable and found the right radio set for me and our company. We have a small team of three operators feeding a crushing plant two way radio picked the radios that are tough and operational and they where $150 bucks a piece cheaper than any other place or even Amazon.

When customer orders the DTR410…

When customer orders the DTR410 computer to radio cable it would be nice for complementary assistance, that the SERIAL to USB Gender/Changer came alone with the order $70.00 is a bit steep!!!!

Gregory, I apologize if you were not well-informed when you purchased your cable and software. Typically, customers who purchase these items do so because they have the technical "know-how" to program their own radios. In addition, Motorola Solutions always offers complimentary technical support. On the other hand, as we discussed, Two Way Radio Gear is dedicated to ensuring all of our customer's radio orders are programmed and shipped in a timely manner. Therefore, your request required our programming team to set aside dedicated time to troubleshoot and research your issue. The billable rate of $45 for one hour of dedicated time is a small price to pay for the effort and research required. Our company will always go above and beyond for our customers. At the same time, we will be honest and upfront about providing quality within realistic parameters. Thank you for your understanding with regards to this issue.

Two Way Radio Gear, once again, surpassed the standard for excellence. With one short phone call, I was greeted professionally, my questions answered, my order placed and notification of product shipped was emailed to me. It can't get any better than this!

Tony has been great

Tony has been great. he listened to what are needs were, made suggestions.
The quote was professional and crystal clear. Our order was shipped within a week of ordering and was complete. Tony has been helping with setup and installs. So far the product is working great.
