Every time I place an order I get an email saying oh if you place an order we will include gift of toffee bits or something and in all three of my orders I’ve never received a single gift/ product at all so kinda sucks

We list directions as clearly as possible in every email, including the bold print and also the fine print. I ordered 3 different toffee, the milk, hazelnut and fireball and they were all amazing!! So different to each other but one was better than the next. There was nothing about these I didn’t love and shockingly the fireball was my favourite!!

It was delivered very quickly. I also had specific delivery instructions that were followed completely. I ordered some for my dad's birthday, he loves your toffee. The ordering process was very easy. I have no complaints and I can't think of anything you could've done better. I don't even like toffee but your product is delicious.
