I enjoy their products and use them frequently. I am a haunt worker and love the FX contacts! I also appreciate the timely manner in which the customer service will communicate with you if you need them for any reason regarding your order.

Ordered from the US warehouse and got my contacts within days of ordering- I got the glass ball deep brown and I love how comfortable they are and how they accentuate my dark brown eyes!

I’ve ordered from Twinklens twice and both times I received excellent product as well as customer service. They shipped very fast and each contact had their own blister package they were very strong and they came in pristine condition.

I’ve been using twinklens for over a year now and I love them!!!!

This company has went above and beyond...way beyond what they Have to do. I was involved in a domestic disturbance And I was at my abusers house which is where the contacts were getting sent to and he ended up receiving them after I have moved out. There is a protection order against him which means that I couldn't go to his house and get them because of the protection order and twinklens Offered to send A replacement order to my new address they even waved the shipping fee. No company has ever offered to do anything near as nice as this for me or anybody that I know ! They didn't have to send Me a replacement of my order because technically it did arrive at the address that I put down. They have went above and beyond any of my expectations that I have had for them!! When I sent them an email to Explain to them about what had happened and asking If anything could be done about the package being stopped they immediately sent me a email right back like it didn't take long at all. From here on out this is the only place that I will ever get contacts from ever again. I for real cried my eyes out because of how nice this company has been towards me and how kind and compassionate
They were especially bc of the very bad abussive relationship i had just left , it was a welcoming feeling... I used to use unieye but after waiting for my order for almost 2 months I absolutely refuse to buy from them ever again.
