My second order from twinklens was delivered quickly but unfortunately stolen before I could get to it. They offered to replace it for free, which was unexpected and appreciated.

First time using twinklens and I love it, lovely customer service when I needed help and delivery was quick

I have used Twinklens before and loved the contacts so much I ordered again but, I forgot that my old address was listed for the shipping. Unfortunately, it had already shipped but they got back to me in less than 24 hours, cut me a deal and will be reshipping my order to my new address.

My order arrived a described in a nice context case with instructions of how to insert and car for the contracts. Particular order was to big for my eyes but customer service is very quick and are sending me a new smaller pair, free of charge.

There was an error with one of my contact lens causing it to not seat properly in my eye, and customer service was immediately helpful as soon as I reached out, offering to even send me a replacement pair of my choosing and waiving the typical shipping fee due to the inconvenience. I’ve tried countless other companies and NONE have ever been so cost effective, of such quality, and managed with such care as they do. They even added an extra contact lens case in the original shipment, not to mention how quickly the item shipped as compared to competing companies, especially for the price. 5/5 stars!’

Contacts did rip after a couple uses but I reached out and they replied super fast and offered to replace them! They are fragile so just be careful :)

Contact lenses were eventually shipped to me. Contacts are good, HOWEVER absolutely NO REPLY to my several emails!!
I cannot recommend this company as I wouldn't buy from them again based on severe lack of communication!! If I had an issue, I don't think they'd care/, respond.

This is a great company to get contacts from..I have ordered 3 times from the site all 3 times no issues with the contacts good quality and comfortable...sometimes shipping does take a little longer then expected but the wait is well worth it 10 pairs of contacts for 50 buck no one can beat tht price.. Make sure u look at the size of the contact as they are all different sizes

I placed and order 19 days ago and once it arrived I realized on the package that they were too big so I immediately emailed them for a return address so I can ship them back and get a refund and they have yet to reply to me. I have emailed them about 6 times now so do with this information what you will.

All around great experience with Twinklens! Incredible product, price, customer service and delivery speed. I purchased the three-tone contacts from Twinklens. They are so beautiful. I had an issue with my delivery address as I had just moved. I emailed Twinklens. They gave me a refund without any additional contact. Best refund process ever. I was delighted when I received, my lens. They look so natural. I was with my family last night and no one noticed. But, they will. I purchased 3 colors and I have another 3 colors being delivered today. I recommend this company and their products to anyone. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

I ordered 4 pairs of contacts for Halloween because they had a code for 35% off the whole order. The shipping was super fast and arrived in just a few days. Unfortunately I did not find the contacts to be good quality. One pair had damage to both lenses, another pair I was sent the wrong color and they were SO itchy and uncomfortable compared to another brand I’ve tried. The full scleras I ordered did not fit my eyes at all. Overall, even the lenses that fit my eyes and weren’t damaged were so uncomfortable that I could never see myself wearing them for more than a couple of minutes. I have other colored contacts that I can wear for hours with no issues.

However, the customer support was really great. I messaged support at midnight Pacific time, and they immediately responded (which I was not expecting since it was so late) and sent me a full refund for my order. I had ordered from them specifically because of their try on guarantee, but I wasn’t sure if they would refund my entire order. I was so happy that they did since I will likely not ever be able to use any of the contacts.

Great customer service, legit business, fast shipping, not the best quality lenses but they may work for some people.

I ordered a black out sclera and blind white outs. I was thrilled to get them and was so happy it came with things like contact holders and other stuff to help get them in and out. However my eyes are not the correct size for majority of the population. I sent a message and they gave me half a refund. I can’t send them back because they have been in my eyes. Well I ordered mini scleras in place of them and I LOVE them, actually obsessed.
And yes blind out contacts actually make you blind. Unless you have a guide do not walk with them. Recommended for making content/sitting. Will come back again.
