I'd give zero stars if I could
I'd give zero stars if I could. I've been using this company since the pill club was bought out by nurx and at first it was very straight forward. After a few years or so they began rolling out several cost tiered plans to better connect customers with their services. I explained to them it wasn't necessary for me and for about a year they waived fees so that I could get my meds through insurance as that was all I needed and I paid a one time fee for a "consult" which was a questionaire basically asking what birth control I wanted. Now they switched to this 20 dollar a month nonsense and seriously does anyone contact them regularly that they believe their "services" are worth that much? I already pay insurance to cover my meds, they pay you but I'm not in network apparently with bcbs, one of the most accepted insurances out there. I hope they go bankrupt.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand why this change feels frustrating, especially if you mainly used Twentyeight for birth control refills through insurance.
Over time, we expanded from prescription refills to ongoing care — including provider messaging, urgent care for things like UTIs and yeast infections, skincare, and more — all under one membership. But we also understand that not every user needs or wants those additional services.
Insurance coverage can vary by plan, and while some members have their membership covered through in-network insurance, others may not yet qualify for that benefit. We know that can feel disappointing, especially when your medication itself is already covered.

Shelby Hughes, NP was a pleasure to work with. I'll be using Twentyeight Health for all my womens health needs from now on. They sent my prescription to CVS right away, and when CVS didn't have what I needed in stock, Twentyeight sent it via FedEx overnight! That is great service.

Customer Service is Excellent!
I have been using Twentyeight Health for years and they have been nothing short of amazing. They are always prompt in their communications regarding my prescriptions and are always eager to help. If I have a question or need assistance, I always get an emailed reply within a couple of hours. The last customer service agent I spoke with, Valeria, was super helpful and kind.
In short, I highly recommend Twentyeight Health. You can tell they care about their customers which is rare these days.

Twenty-eight Health has been the best provider for as long as I've been a member. Recently, I had an unusual issue with deliveries, and Marilu was so incredibly helpful in doing everything she could to get it resolved. She messaged me frequently with updates and clear communication, and we got the issue figured out. Twentyeight Health really does care about its patients, and they really go above and beyond in customer service.

Scam-y. Watch your monthly fee withdrawals. Continuously upping prices. I’ve used this service for years - and I regret trusting them with my medical information. Selling their patients away for the almighty dollar. Look at this service’s history, legalities and buy-out. Went from $0 to $20 A MONTH now all with no changes made by the patient. Just sketchy corporate back end changes.

I want to clarify a couple of things. This is only the second time we’ve updated pricing in nearly seven years. These changes reflect a shift toward more comprehensive, provider-led care — including messaging with licensed providers, treatment for additional conditions (like UTIs, yeast infections, and skincare), and ongoing support beyond a one-time prescription.
We kept our $0 membership for self-pay and out-of-network users for several years, and have since focused on expanding in-network coverage — including Medicaid — to help more patients access $0/month care.
We understand that any change in cost can be frustrating. Our goal has been to balance affordability with being able to offer real, ongoing clinical care.
If you’re open to it, we’re here to help — we can review your account and make sure everything looks right.

best telehealth service
finding a telehealth doc that would accept my insurance was so hard till i heard about twentyeight health, i love that i can make appointments over the phone and not worry about going into a clinic for birth control. its easy to sign up and book consultations as well as i get my packages delivered discreetly and fast. my doc is dr.alejandra moscoso shes very friendly and attentive, always answers questions and offers good information when needed.

Shelby Hughes is the best
Shelby Hughes is the best! She listened to my concerns and was able to get me the best medication for my needs. Twentyeight Health also takes my insurance so the visit and medication are both covered. But the greatest benefit is that the medication ships quickly.

Quick and easy birth control
I can get the birth control I need quick and easy, which is important as the state I live in the Gynos are aboit 9 months out for taking appointments as they are more interested in obstetrics patients. The customer service team is always quick to respond and resolve any issues. My experience has been great!
