I love Twentyeight health

Twenty eight Health consistently keeps…

Twenty eight Health consistently keeps upgrading my account from $2 to the premium $19 without my consent and knowledge. They choose when to text me about important changes to my account, but fail to notify me when they are charging me more. This has happened to me twice now, and I have to fight them to get a refund. This shouldn’t even happen in the first place as the first time it happened, I told them I just wanted a basic plan but then they switched me to a premium plan a few months later.

Over the past few months, we've transitioned to a single Complete Care membership, which includes access to additional services such as UTI, BV, and yeast infection treatment, skincare, and ongoing provider support. Horrible customer service and they scam…

Horrible customer service and they scam you. They change your subscription all the time so you pay more money. And now they don’t even offer multiple plans it’s one plan only. I’m not paying 15+ for my birth control to be mailed to me no thanks.

Best Birth Control Website

Everyone I email through Twentyeight Health is always so nice and helpful! They answer all my questions in a timely manner and help as best as they can while being very friendly and sweet. Definitely would recommend to anyone, I’ve been getting my birth control from them for years and they’re amazing! 🤩

This will be my second script I’ve received. Someone mistakenly sent it to my old address, Marilu was able to get everything updated and it was at my door less than 2 weeks. Super fast response time!

The price is the lowest I have found in…

The price is the lowest I have found in every single online company that ships contraceptives to my state. AMAZING customer support always. The Dr's and Nurses are a huge help as well. Highly recommend them. Oh, shipping is pretty fast too! I've been with them for a couple of years now! Like 2022 I wanna say, maybe even 2020 (the company was under a different name), its been A WHILE.

Ladies! Twenty Eight Health is where it's at!

Twenty Eight Health made it easy to get a birth control prescription. In fact, this was one of the best tele-health experiences I've had! Dr. Stella is fabulous, easy to talk with, knowledgeable and I love that I can message her anytime I have a question for FREE! Also, Bri is a customer service, rock star who helped get my prescription completely covered by my health insurance by sending it to my local pharmacy where I live! Twenty Eight Health is simply wonderful and super convenient! I highly recommend them.

I'd give zero stars if I could

I'd give zero stars if I could. I've been using this company since the pill club was bought out by nurx and at first it was very straight forward. After a few years or so they began rolling out several cost tiered plans to better connect customers with their services. I explained to them it wasn't necessary for me and for about a year they waived fees so that I could get my meds through insurance as that was all I needed and I paid a one time fee for a "consult" which was a questionaire basically asking what birth control I wanted. Now they switched to this 20 dollar a month nonsense and seriously does anyone contact them regularly that they believe their "services" are worth that much? I already pay insurance to cover my meds, they pay you but I'm not in network apparently with bcbs, one of the most accepted insurances out there. I hope they go bankrupt.

Over time, we expanded from prescription refills to ongoing care — including provider messaging, urgent care for things like UTIs and yeast infections, skincare, and more — all under one membership. But we also understand that not every user needs or wants those additional services.

Insurance coverage can vary by plan, and while some members have their membership covered through in-network insurance, others may not yet qualify for that benefit. We know that can feel disappointing, especially when your medication itself is already covered.

Shelby Hughes, NP was a pleasure to work with. I'll be using Twentyeight Health for all my womens health needs from now on. They sent my prescription to CVS right away, and when CVS didn't have what I needed in stock, Twentyeight sent it via FedEx overnight! That is great service.

I signed up and got same day care

I signed up and got same day care. I was scheduled with a phone call with a doctor within hours. Overall I’m happy with the service so far!

Easy Peazy

They’ve made it easy to get what I need, plus my insurance accepts them. And when I had an issue with a refill, Marilu was amazing with getting that fixed right away.
