I really enjoyed this First Aid course. The trainer, Zahra Kidd, explained everything clearly and made the session relaxed and supportive. The hands‑on practice boosted my confidence, and we even had fun with my colleagues taking photos along the way. I left feeling prepared and capable of helping in an emergency. Highly recommend!

I just completed my NVQ Level 3 and it was a great experience. Even though I was knew to this course when I first started and was having some challenges about about assignments format in line with the guidelines but my assessor Louise Lewin did an incredibly well guiding me step by step. She has been supportive throughout my course.The office team are also reliable and always in support when you encounter any problems. In all, it been amazing working with Tutorcare.

I really enjoyed my RQF Level 3 Diploma with Tutor Care. Nicola Copley my assessor was so supportive, patient as l was new to the program. She gave me lots of encouragement and had so much faith in me and l had to finish my studies early. She prioritised my work so much. She wouldn't take time to assess my work and of ever l had a challenge l would call her anytime and she would answer to every question l asked. She is a precious diamond....Tutor Care is a professional institution and l have referred most of my friends as their quality of professionalism is top notch.

I had the best assessor (Nicki) she guided me through the process and made it very easy.
I was not under any pressure from them, and I enjoyed every bit of my learning .

I am deeply grateful to my tutor, who played a significant role in supporting me both academically and mentally. Engaging training delivered very well

Our first aid training with Dean from TutorCare was very well taught, thorough but with lots of interactive tasks to break up the session and maintain attention. The information was very easy to understand and we would definitely book with them again.

My first tutor was a bit slow but the second one I had till the last day was very supportive, when she took over we started moving at a very fast pace and I cannot fault her.

Mrs McGovern did a amazing job at explaining the job of a first aider and what to do when a first aider is required. We covered many things including shock, burns, bandaging, recovery positions, primary and secondary surveys, chocking and overall situational awareness when conducting first aid. Mrs McGovern is a fantastic teacher with many years of experience in first aid, which she imparted onto us some real world knowledge of what to do in emergency situations. Thank you.

Had multiple training sessions organised at our venue by tutorcare. Always been professional and informative. Well organised and value for money.

The fire marshalling training was excellently delivered by Rob. He was interesting and engaging, and there was lots of audience participation that worked very well even though it was on Zoom. The content was informative and helpful, supported by clear slides and videos. We will definitely use TutorCare again when the time for refresher training comes.

We enjoyed having Esin come in to teach us First Aid Training, he was knowledgeable went through each step precisely and allowed us to ask questions when there was something we did not understand. We appreciated him coming in for the class.

Worth it. I did my NVQ level 3 and it was a great experience. My tutor always helped me through the assignments and gave me time when I requested as I have a baby girl and it was difficult for me to complete the assessments ontime. I have now received my diploma and will recommend it for sure.

The first aid course i attended was very well presented and had a good amount of learning though participation and screen learning.

Very polite and knowledgeable

I just wanted to share some really positive feedback following the first aid course our team attended yesterday.

Lucy was absolutely brilliant. The session was genuinely informative, and she delivered everything at a pace that kept everyone comfortable and involved. It was clear from the start that she really knows her subject — she explained things in a way that made even the more technical parts feel straightforward and practical.

It was also great to see a woman leading the training, especially with a group of construction workers who can sometimes be a tough crowd. Lucy handled the room with confidence, patience, and a really natural style that kept everyone engaged. Even the team members who don’t usually speak up were participating, which says a lot about her approach.

The group came away feeling more confident, better prepared, and genuinely positive about the experience. Several people have already commented on how much they enjoyed the session and how valuable they found it.

I recently completed the Emergency First Aid at Work training course, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The session was clear, engaging, and incredibly practical. The trainer explained every topic in a way that was easy to understand, combining real-life examples with hands‑on practice to build confidence.
I came away feeling much more prepared to handle emergencies calmly and effectively. The course covered everything from CPR and the recovery position to managing bleeding, burns, and other workplace incidents—each skill demonstrated thoroughly and supported with opportunities to practice.
The trainer created a supportive atmosphere where questions were encouraged, and no one felt rushed. Their knowledge, professionalism, and friendly approach made a potentially daunting subject accessible and even enjoyable.
I would highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to strengthen their first aid skills or meet workplace training requirements. An incredibly valuable and worthwhile experience.

We have used Tutor Care for both First Aid and Fire Marshall course. We have found their courses, informative, detailed and very reasonably priced.

I was a bit worried about how interesting a 3 hour online fire marshal training session was going to be, but it was excellent. Rob was very engaging, he provided interesting background on fires, with a view to prevention, and he answered all of our questions. Breaks were in appropriate places and the right length too. Very enjoyable and useful training.
