I enrolled a number of my qualified nurses onto the catheterisation course delivered by Mr Silvester from TutorCare. All of the staff who attended found the course very informative, his teaching methods were very good and staff engaged fully with him and were comfortable asking questions. The equipment provided was perfect for the practical training. My staff feel confident in their abilities and competencies.

I recently attended the first aid training booked via tutorcare. Taz was extremely informative and his knowledge of 1st aid was great. He made the training interesting and fun but was also very professional. Highly recommend

My father took ill with terminal cancer when I was completing my work-related qualification with this company; he died within 7 weeks of diagnosis. I had to care for him as he lived alone, so I took a carer's break from work to be with him at this difficult time. I asked TutorCare for a learning break and an extension to my end date so I could complete my qualification following my father's death, as next of kin I had to prepare his funeral and also manage his estate. They refused point-blankly, they then tried to deny me units that I had completed, locked me out of my portfolio. This company demonstrated no compassion or consideration, and they were hell-bent on setting me up to fail. I had to fight for 3 months to get a unit achievement certificate, arguing that evidence had not been verified. I made a complaint to the awarding organisation and to OFQUAL, who have investigated and upheld it. This company did not follow process and does not demonstrate compliance or quality assurance within the awards it offers - I'm sure there are elements of their training that is OK, but beware if you are undertaking a qualification with them and you need any support, as they don't give it!! There is little one-to-one support from tutors, no guided learning hours delivery and if you ask for help like I did it may not be there for you. They are too focussed on making money as opposed to supporting learners to gain qualifications and achieve their goals. I had a dreadful experience when I needed some support. Please shop around and ensure you are paying for a qualification which is delivered to the awarding body specifications and expectations. TutorCare do not need to answer this review as I have all the answers I need following my complaints.
Your answer here is laughable...... And my account is accurate according to the awarding body response, it matters not if it is distance learning or not you are required to guide learners according to the guided learning hours . Ofqual contacted them not you, Ofqual monitor awarding bodies practice not centres..... Your service is a disgrace and you were made to change my accreditation following the awarding body's involvement because you didn't follow awarding body quality assurance procedures you did not support me according to their guidance and you did not follow process or their specifications and like I said I have my complaint response in writing saying just that..... So yes people avoid this company they only care about taking your money. Read the other poor reviews!!! I'm not alone.
Instead of giving me more time the pushy sales manager said I could pay a further £1500.00 to finish. That's very supportive 🤔 you were hell bent on seeing me fail rather than support me. Your support is not as it should be and is not in line with national occupational standards or the awarding body specifications.
You don't give a hoot about me and your condolences are far too late, and if you did offer support like your answer states here, why are you offering me condolences now, shouldn't you have done that at the time when you offered me the so called support ? You lie and you know nothing about how a fit and proper learning establishment should operate, shame Ofsted doesn't inspect you!!! You'd know what learning outcomes and achievement mean for learners then and you'd also understand fair access to assessment and what compliance actually means. TutorCare, I don't think so Tutor No Care!!!!!!!

The tutor Tassaduq Hussain was very thorough with his delivery of this learning and the course in general. He gave real life examples which helped with understanding. The practical side was fun and got the team very engaged! The quiz at the end helped me to condense my learning.

I really enjoyed completing my RQF level 3 diploma. The training was engaging, and the guidance I received made the process smooth. I appreciate the effort put into creating a supportive learning environment.

I recently completed my NVQ Level 4 with Tutor Care and I couldn’t have asked for better support. My assessor Cheryl was absolutely brilliant. She really listened to me, supported me through every part of the course, and made sure the whole process felt manageable and far less stressful.

Her encouragement and guidance made a huge difference to my confidence and progress. Because of the great experience I’ve had, I’ll definitely be coming back to do my NVQ Level 5. I highly recommend Tutor Care to anyone considering it.

I cannot recommend Tutor Care highly enough. Throughout my NVQ 3 journey, their support has been absolutely exceptional. My assessor was always available to answer questions, provided clear guidance, and genuinely cared about my progress. It was a supportive and interesting experience right from when I contacted Tutorcare for inquiries up to starting my programme in Adult health and social care to completion. We done a first aid course with Gary Ell at our workplace. Gary made it so enjoyable. We went through everything. We all got involved and participated. Gary done lots of demonstrations and fully went through all the different sections. I really took alot away from it. I would definitely recommend having the first aid course.

The trainer was very good, very interactive and made the course interesting. The only negative I would say the course would have been better face to face.

I had a very good experience throughout the course. The content of the program was well structured, clear, and relevant. It has helped me to develop both my knowledge and practical skills. Support from my assessor was helpful and responsive, making the learning process smooth and engaging. Overall, I found the program valuable and would recommend it to others.

Tutorcare were great from the start. The course was easy to arrange and when I had to rearrange it, they were incredibly helpful and made it simple.
The trainer Gary, ran the course at the correct speed for the group and made it interesting and informative.

Absolutely dreadful company. Avoid at all costs. Bullying tactics, charges for undelivered services, and aggressive, intimidating payment chasing. One of the worst business experiences we’ve had.

We have received training today for the evac chair the trainer matt was absolutely amazing and very helpful he took his time explaining everything and made sure we were all confident in using the chair.

I recently completed the Evac Chair training delivered by Matt, and it was an excellent experience. Matt was knowledgeable, clear, and engaging throughout the session. The theory was explained in a straightforward and accessible way, and the practical component was particularly valuable, with clear demonstrations and plenty of opportunity to practice and ask questions. Matt created a relaxed and supportive learning environment and ensured everyone felt confident using the equipment safely and correctly. A very informative and well-delivered course — highly recommended.

EVAC chair training with Matt was enjoyable. The training was informative and relevant and engaging. Matt was extremely calming and encouraging and helped the team feel at ease and confident.

I had amazing care tuition from Tutorcare. The diploma programme (Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care) TutorCare offered has helped me a lot in my daily care work. I have gained a lot of skills, knowledge and different ways of approaching my work which is intended for service users' satisfaction.

Besides the above, I am very satisfied with how my assessor assisted me throughout my diploma. She was patient, reliable and always available to guide me in times of difficulties in my studies.

Experience was clear and well run including all important information involved with first aid in the workplace. Would recommend any company to have this course.
