Similar to other recent reviews Turtle Method keep taking my money and haven’t provided me with access to any services. I’ve been trying to resolve with the Turtle team for nearly three months. I signed up to the Turtle Method in November and was looking forward to giving it a go. After being charged £19 and not receiving any login or enrolment information I’m really disappointed in the response/ or lack of response from the team. I’ve continued to be charged an additional £19 in December with no sign of being reimbursed or at least getting access to what I had originally purchased. I’ll have to take it up directly with my bank now. Overall a lousy, costly experience that’s taken up way too much of my time for no benefit.

Similar to another recent review I am having a nightmare getting a refund from them. I have contacted customer service plus two other emails I found and am yet to get a refund 8 weeks later. It took 4 weeks before I even got an initial response from them. For a company with a focus on wellness and wellbeing this is pretty appalling. Good customer service is a basic that expected from Turtle, they have come very short of this. I would never use this service again after my experience

THEY KEEP TAKING MONEY: Cancelled this service in the February of 2022, November 2022 they took another £399. September 2023 they did the same, £399 and now another £399 in December... Please stop taking money out of my account!!! I should not have to repeatedly ask for this money back... Read the emails and stop taking my money!!

This Clear Hydro Whey Protein ‘Summer Berries’ delivers a huge 21.4g of protein! To me it’s like drinking Ribena but getting all the amazing benefit!! I’ve never been a fan of those old chalky whey drinks - this is a game changer and is my front runner so don’t hesitate - go and grab yourself some - try over ice!! It’s also worth noting this is suitable for vegetarians. I Loved the packaging and box it came in - very thoughtful and considered branding!!

Clear Hydro Whey = Game Changer! I have always hated protein shakes and was v. sceptical about this as I also hate the taste of sweeteners but honestly - it's amazing. It tastes exactly like squash and it's unbelievable that it has 21 grams of protein in it. As someone who struggles to get enough protein it is a total game changer - I will very happily have a couple of glasses a day now. Ps. I very very rarely bother to write reviews but my husband & I were so impressed by this I thought I should!

I cancelled membership 4 months ago and I'm still being charged, I cant find any contact details anywhere.

Before starting octagon my goal was to loose fat. What I came away with was a massive mindset shift and achieving consistency in daily habits, which have made me feel better than my original goal could have. Oh yeah, and 2kg drop in 8 weeks.

What makes Turtle different from anything else I've ever tried is without a doubt the people. Without the support of the coaches and community I still wouldn't believe I can do all the things I did, and all the life events I got through.

I would definitely do another challenge. I gained so much I never realised I was looking for. I gained fatloss, nutrition knowledge, daily habit building, a love for daily movement, confidence in myself and great friends I speak to every day.

Don't take too long with the next one! I miss you already!!!

I signed up after following Louise for a while on Instagram- I figured, why not try - signed up for the Octagon 3 challenge - life changing!

I thought I hadn’t lost much weight, but just checking my notes, 3 kilos in 8 weeks!- the fact this isn’t my sole focus is a testament to the way Turtle re-sets your mind.
My clothes fit better, mentally I feel more in control of what I’m choosing to eat and how it makes me feel and I’m loving getting back into the gym. I’m also not excluding anything!-it was game changing when Scott talked through the ‘emergency pack’ and macro tracking it!
Tracking macros is so much better than categorising foods as ‘good’ and ‘bad’ it really changes outlook!

I also feel like the whole ethos is unthreatening, non judgmental and super supportive which is just night and day different to anything else!

I’m so pleased I found the turtle community and have signed up to be a lifetime member!

I am excited to continue and look forward to what’s to come! This is not yo-yo dieting. This is a lifestyle change in the best non cliche way! It really is something I’ll never regret and feel that anyone who wants to make a change- this really is the only plan out there that will guide your change in the kindest most supportive way.

I have done a few of their challenges like octagon and strike and soul and I am one who would be sceptical of how beneficial it could really be but I really did enjoy them. A friend and myself signed up because we wanted to establish a routine for ourselves that was sustainable and this challenge and app really helped. I wouldn’t have thought the zooms about mindset and habits would be as useful as it was. Highly recommend.

The Turtle Community is an amazing community with devoted leaders. It's not just an app for getting insights in your lifestyle and improve this. It's so much more. So far I've done the 14-day challenge and Octagon 3.0, which really helped me getting an insight in my consumption macro's and getting me to start running again. Besides these insights you also join a stimulating and non-judgement environment to become a better version of you. I will never leave again, I am a Lifetime Turtle.

Turtle is great; such a supportive, positive environment. I have had quick responses to emails asking for help (I couldn't get into the app at first) and Scott is always happy to take some time to explain things on zoom calls and in the Facebook group (I've been doing the octagon challenge).

Turtle are pragmatic when it comes to weight loss which I really appreciate. They don't push a one-size-fits-all approach and noone will berate you if you can't hit your macros. Everything feels very positive and focused on lifting you up, not shaming you for not being perfect.

I really like the app; it does take a bit of getting used to, but it's pretty comprehensive and nice to use. The food database cannot compete with mfp or nutracheck at this point in time, but they are continually developing this app so I'm sure it will continue to improve.

I started the 14 day free masterclass and have found it easy to follow, informative and fun. Having a radio session to listen to which people are invited to join in with by the host is great and the podcasts have been really interesting and helped me look at things in a different way.
I have been so impressed that I have decided to join the Octagon challenge which starts when my 14 day masterclass finishes as well as having joined on an annual membership.
I have tried various diets etc and truly believe this is a programme of way of thinking that everyone could follow! Would recommend 🤩

I’m loving the app and the content , turtle does all the work for you so all you need to do is follow it . I love the training programmes and all of the content , it helps me keep focused. I also recently purchased the meal plan. I’m loving the menu , it caters to my allergies and dietary needs. Thank you turtle method :-)

This is a fantastic program. So much variety in terms of the different classes and there is so much support from the Turtle crew and other Turtle Members. You see real results I joined when this was still Live Like Louise and despite how much the programme has grown it’s still persona and tailored to you.

This is the best experience if you are trying to get healthier. It's a small company that offers invaluable support and knowledge in nutrition and exercise for everyone. I really enjoyed all the seminars and podcasts , as well as the excellent range of exercise. This isn't a fad _ you learn so much about how your body works. Highly recommended turtle method.

I've never come across an app/community like this. The automated macros plan is so much more helpful than just giving you a number and leaving you to it. My relationship with food and the scales has improved (and the number has gone down - always a winner), and the morning and evening journals really help me to keep perspective of each day. I love that this app isn't just focused on one health thing, it includes fat loss, strength, fitness, nutrition, support and mental wellbeing. For me, the community element is what makes Turtle better than all others. There is always someone willing to give advice, support or just listen to you without judgement.

Inspirational and educational
I loved the masterclass of this app it was so inspiration and educational it taught me so much in little time. It is great to have freedom with food. I really wanted to sign up for full membership however I was unable to cancel my other subscription for a different app in time, I will 100% be signing up next year 😀

The best app out there by far for improving your relationship with food. Fantastic value for money as well! You could only get the same expertise else where by paying hundreds.
