What a scam

What a scam, I will be disputing it with my credit card company. After taking my money, they never sent a tracking number. Then they claimed it got lost in the mail. Still no tracking number and Father's Day is on Sunday. I have to scramble to find another gift.

No response to dissatisfaction

Have purchased 3 portraits 2 in the last 3 months. My wife did not like the way she looked and the sapphire queen portrait. So I could not hang it and could not use it. I wrote three emails asking for a refund, but I have not heard anything back from them

The absolute worst experience

The absolute worst experience. Proof came several days later (not the 1-3 days they advertise); the image was not what I asked for at all. Made requested revisions which took another 2 days to complete. This time the image was clearly a copy/paste and the head faced the opposite way of the body. Requested revision. Two days later I get a new image that is basically the same thing except the hair looked different. Again, requested a revision and got back an image that looked like a blend of shrek and my husband.

Asked for a refund. Was told I could only get a 80% refund because of all the hard work their “artists” did.

Never again.

Please do not purchase from this…

Please do not purchase from this website. They don't hand draw the desired photo, it was simply crop photo and place it to the design you select. Then if you ask for a refund they deduct 20% for "their hard work"!

Quality has gone down. What happened?

I’ve used this service in the past and got really great portraits. When I commissioned a picture of me and my two sisters, the result was very bad. I was unable to provide feedback since the emails went to spam for some reason (I take responsibility for that of course). However I wasn’t expecting the very bad quality of the painting. It looked like a very bad AI job. My sisters and I are all mixed black with me being a medium brown hue and my sisters a light tan. We were given a portrait where there three of us where extremely white. I was completely unrecognizable. My darker skin had been whitewashed into European skin. My sister also has red hair and it was replaced with more European light brown hair.

I really wish they wouldn’t focus so much on AI and went back to the quality work it was before. It’s a shame that I as a black woman can’t trust the service to get my skin tone right

The customer comes first.

Turn Me Royal did a marvelous job of creating a royal image of my wife for Mother's Day. They did exactly what I paid for and were very responsive and precise with a small edit I requested. The portrait arrived on time and in great condition. They genuinely put the customer first.

I place an order for my daughter as a Celtic princess 6 days ago. I have yet to receive a proof of my picture. I waited 4 days & sent an email, that one wasn't answered. I sent another email on day 5, received a reply that they would get back to me in 1-3 days ???? I lost my email chain by my own ignorance but do remember the c.c. used. If no proof by the end of today I will call & challenge my c.c. payment & order from another source. I was really looking forward to my daughter getting this picture as she is very into her Irish heritage. 🙁

Waste of money

This "Turn me Royal" experience was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The final product I received looked incredibly cheap, and the superimposition of our faces onto the royal portraits was laughably bad – think low-resolution cutouts clumsily pasted onto the artwork. It looked nothing like the elegant examples advertised.

To make matters worse, their editing process is a complete joke. I requested edits three times, clearly outlining the issues, and each time I received the exact same, untouched image. It was as if my requests were completely ignored.

And customer support? Utterly useless. They offered no solutions, no helpful advice, and frankly, provided zero value in resolving this abysmal outcome.

My recommendation to anyone considering "Turn me Royal" is simple: save your money and steer clear. This product is garbage, and you'll likely end up with a poorly executed, overpriced novelty item and a frustrating customer service experience. You're better off printing a picture and sticking it on a postcard.

They got me

They got me, the ads were convincing but the product they delivered was not even close. Total scam. I could have done a better photo shop. Really disappointed. Out alot of money.

A Mother's Day Debacle... Bless my daughter

Bless my daughter. She ordered one of these from a recent picture of me and got 3 proofs back where my face was distorted and smile lopsided.
She sent them all back and the last one was much better, but when the portrait came, whew! One side of my face is bigger. My hands/fingers look like they're a foot long. And the coloring is just so off... my face is a different color than my neck and chest!! What a shame that she was so upset over my Mother's Day gift. She said she was so over it all and was done complaining, but I'm not. When I found out what she paid... oh no!! I want this picture redone or you can give her a refund. What a lousy job when all you had to do was put my head on a dress with Ai technology!!

Scam and Ripoff

Provided a picture of my wife and got back a (assumed AI) rendering that was not recognizable.

It was so bad my kids could not even recognize this bad character portrait of their mother.

I was offered a refund, but with a 20% fee for creating an unrecognizable piece of garbage.

Don’t waste your money.

RUN from this site.

Would have given negative stars if possible.

Do not give these people your money

Do not give these people your money. They state that they use real artists and paint...what they do is cut and paste the face of your photo - the lines between the images are horrible...and then when you try to get them to either fix it or refund your money, they lie and don't give you either.
