You have taken £420 from my daughter for finding her trust fund in February, even though she received her money the December before.
We always knew where her money was.
I have only just found out this happened so will be in touch to get her money back.

I asked for help locating my trust fund and the woman on the phone told me a small fee would be taken once it was found I never received my fund and now I’m in debt of £510 which is all of my trust fund which I’m still trying to recover

Wow I can't begin to explain how quickly and professionally my phone calls was handled. There is a specific person I would like to mention being Megan I cannot describe how friendly and welcoming she was. Not only this but she was super patient and helpful through our the process and handled the situation instantly! She's very sweet and kind and definitely needs more recognition for that type of work! Thankyou so much Megan you have absolutely made my year! I look forward to speaking to you again!

Turner Lewis may be the worst company out there for their customer service(appalling treatment from staff, lack of care, lack of sympathy and failure to provide a fair solution for their customers). They want your money. That’s it. Plain and simple. They don’t care about you. Whether or not the ads were misleading, if you signed up to this service be prepared to get hurt by this company.

Gave up fighting them because they can take my money, it’s not the end of the day but they will not take away my happiness. The prices they charge are outrageous especially for let’s say a couple of searches and then they find your child trust fund and apparently that costs over £300. They will refuse to give you proof that the service was done and if you don’t pay you then get threatening letters sent from multiple companies, one being Gemini Legal who are unprofessional and rely on threats to try and get you to pay. They want you to fear them. Their operation is unethical and it should be investigated again. In fact this company should just be shut down. There are a lot of people that have been harmed by this company.

Do what’s best for you at the end of the day if you’re caught up in it, but do not ever trust a company blindly again. Do not skip the T&C’s which is how this company got away with trapping people last year(note all their info has now been updated correctly on the sign up form and their ads which wasn’t there previously). They did operate illegally and nothing they say now will change that. It’ll only be the same old same old response, where they do not take responsibility or admit fault. How they sleep at night I have no idea. But it’ll all come back to them eventually.

DO NOT USE this company. They are truly disgusting and prey on the people that desperately need this money. If you use this company you are continuing this outrageous “service”. Find your CTF for FREE using gov website. Do NOT let this company harass you, block them and do not respond to them on any level.

Please do NOT use this company to find your child trust fund for you. All they are doing is going on the FREE Government website and asking where it is and charging 25% of the value of the child trust fund plus VAT!

If you need to know where your child trust fund is then Google find my child trust fund and click on the government website. It is FREE to find out where your child trust fund is through the government.

All you need is your national insurance number and HMRC will send you a letter within 3 weeks telling you where it is.

This company is conning you out of your money please do not use them!

My 19 year old son has just received a bill for £420 pounds from Turner Lewis for ‘locating’ his Child Trust Fund. Payable in 14 days.
He was convinced to click ‘yes’ following a TikTok ad where there was no clear mention of the fee of a whopping 25% of the trust fund amount + VAT. It also failed to mention that you can locate your CTF for free via the HMRC.

Megan who assisted me was a great help and made sure that I found it easy to do all steps necessary

This company seems to continue to delight in taking full advantage of young, impressionable, inexperienced adults through mediums such as TikTok. Our young adult daughter is, today - 16th January, 2026, seemingly yet another victim of this Company.

In May, 2025 the Advertising Standards Authority had three issues investigated regarding Turner Lewis and all three were upheld. Please see the ASA's own website for the ruling.
