I completed today a 3-day first aid course with Alison and was thoroughly impressed. She delivered the training with clarity, confidence, and genuine care for everyone in the room.
What stood out most was how clearly she explained everything, especially for those whose first language isn’t English. She made sure everyone could follow along, clear demonstrations, and plenty of patience. This made a big difference for non-native speakers in the group, who felt more comfortable and included.
The session was well-structured, interactive, and gave us all the confidence to handle real-life situations. Alison created a positive and inclusive environment where everyone felt comfortable asking questions and practicing the techniques.
