Super easy to process order, quick update with picture options to view before dispatch

The watercolor transformation was so easy, and the results are stunning!

I wasn’t very happy with my print. I accepted the preview hoping it would look nicer in person which is wasn’t. They already took way too long to make my second preview which is why I made that decision. They weren’t very helpful with a refund. Wouldn’t use again

So easy to navigate your site, which is a challenge when a senior!! The speed of the process and finally the artwork is so beautiful and special! Has pride of place in my home!! I get to see my husband’s beautiful smile everyday! Thank you!

The picture was so much prettier when delivered than the proof. Turned Art delivered in a very timely manner and was transparent throughout the process. Will buy other art in the future for special events.

They quote you a certain time frame and do not stick to it. They say with 1-2 days after agreeing to version of their art you select. Mine has taken 8 days and still it has not been printed, let alone shipped.

Amazing picture

I got a custom piece of art that was made exactly how I wanted it, very high quality and quickly shipped.

Do I like the results? Yes. I like how it turned out. Is it water color? No. It's water color like. I've seen apps that get similar results. I had my picture framed and matted. I would have given a higher score but it's a bit pricey for what you get.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE
I ordered a portrait weeks in advance for my event, it's been almost a week past my event, 3 weeks after I placed my order, and I have yet to receive my portrait. I reached out to them multiple times and each time they said they don't know when my order will be delivered. They always reply DAYS after I send them an email, and now they have ghosted me and will not reply. A total scam, save your money.

EDIT: They are lying in their response as well. It’s been a week since my event i had last week, and I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago. They keep blaming USPS when they didn’t even send me an initial preview until over a week after my order was placed (on their guidelines it says it takes “up to 4 days” for a preview), and they told me it hasn’t even been printed yet when I reached out a week later after I approved it, on the day of the event. So no, it’s not USPS’s fault that my order still isn’t here when it takes them over 2 weeks to even start the shipping process. I asked them multiple times throughout the process to let me know if they thought they wouldn’t be able to deliver on time so I can make other arrangements for the event, and they ignored me every time.

I burst into tears when I opened up the package containing the photo of our daughter. It was a final photo of her smiling before she passed from cancer a year later. It is hanging in a place of honor and her five children and two grandchildren ( our five grandchildren and two great grandchildren) Can now see how lovely she truly was!
