Our halva is intentionally produced with a traditional whipping technique, resulting in a light, airy texture that melts in the mouth. This is a defining characteristic of our recipe and differs from the denser, more compact halva commonly found in standard Turkish market products.
Additionally, we would like to mention that our Halva Cake has a firmer structure and a richer, more pronounced aroma. If you prefer a more solid texture, we highly recommend trying this variant next time.

Ik heb de producten tijdens Black Friday besteld, waardoor de levering vertraagd was. Ik vermoedde dat het oplichting was, maar Alper stuurde me gelukkig een nieuwe doos met een extra cadeautje. De producten zijn lekker en smakelijk. Ik vind de prijzen echter nog steeds aan de hoge kant. Ik raad het aan.
