My unit had a P3 error and Turbro sent a replacement right away. April from customer service was very helpful and professional.

I’m really impressed with Turbro. My AC stopped working properly after ten months, so I contacted their customer support. They replied almost immediately, walked me through the steps to verify the issue, and then sent me a replacement.Every message was quick, friendly, and solution‑focused. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind its products this well. I’m very happy with how they handled everything

This was my first purchase of a Turbro product (mini split unit). Everything arrived quickly and packaged well for the most part. Instructions were clear. That said, we had a small issue with the indoor unit of our system. I contacted customer support via email and truly wasn’t expecting much. They responded back to me overnight (assuming they’re based in Asia) and simply asked me to record a video of my setup to show the issue I was having. I recorded a 15-20 second video showing my exact issue and emailed it customer service. They responded the following night and asked for my shipping address and serial number of my current unit. They sent replacements the next day and arrived 2 days later. Products have faults in production. It’ll never be a perfect system. Customer service makes or break the company in many cases. So far, at least, Turbro has impressed me.

Directions aren't the best But it's running fine not for the first time installers end up taking to rv shop came with one missing part But all and all it works excellent well satisfied Great customer service

I give it 2 stars as it worked for one week before dripping oil all over the floor. Its a poor product design they need to build it with a catch can or drip tray built in its a major slip.hazard

The team was consistently professional and friendly. The product (pool heat pump) is running perfectly so far. I am completely satisfied.

I purchased one Turbro mini split from HomeDepot and 3 Turbro units through Amazon. So far I’ve installed 3 units. During installation of two of the units, one did not release refrigerant into the lines, after vacuuming down the lines and cracking open the low side, opened both valves all the way, still no refrigerant or pressure on the gauges.
Contacted Turbro, a few days later, they asked me to do a couple of things, one was to start up system and get the error code, guess starting it up release the refrigerant, everything started working fine. I was an hvac mechanic for years, but mini splits are new to me.
Support was very helpful, pretty sure if the unit would have been inoperable, they would have replaced it. I had purchased the units 6 months prior, but found out the house had severe termite damage, had to replace walls and floor first, before installing units.

I had a very good experience with TURBRO support during my dual-zone mini split installation.
I ran into repeated E9/P0/P9 errors and spent a lot of time troubleshooting pressures, wiring, sensors, boards, and communication issues. TURBRO support stayed responsive throughout the process and continued helping me diagnose the system step-by-step.
In the end, the issue turned out to be a closed main valve during installation — completely my mistake — but their support team was patient, professional, and helped me finally identify the problem and get the system running correctly.
What I appreciated most was that they did not just stop responding or blame the installer. They continued working through the troubleshooting process with me until the issue was resolved.
Now that the system is operating properly, it’s heating and cooling great.
I really appreciate the support experience and wanted to leave a positive review because good customer service is hard to find these days.

I bought a 20,000 btu Turbro pool heater from Home Depot. After about two months of working great it stopped. Since it was on the weekend I emailed customer support at Turbro and they responded by Monday morning. After some emails back and forth it was determined that the unit would need to e replaced. However, that same unit was not available anywhere. They gave me a number of options, contact Home Depot for a refund, Turbro would send a different size replacement and credit me the difference or give me full credit on their website. I chose to receive a new unit with a gift card for the difference I originally paid.
I dealt with Vinnie in Turbro’s customer service team who was very professional and timely in response to my questions. I would definitely recommend Turbro for their service.

Great products at great prices, and customer service is A+++. Had a minor issue with one of their items, and communication and resolution was very quick.

i bought a new FM-12K230-I indoor unit to go with a newFM- 12K230-O that i bought on Ebay. Turbro would only give me a 10% discount, at the same time they have a 15% discount storewide. Turbro told me the NEW FM-12K230-I did come with any warranty. I have several turbro mini splits (5) and have some good deals. Go figure. dbeal

WARNING!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. They shipped my product to the wrong address and refuse to change it. Why??? That doesn't make any sense.

TURBRO is top notch.
I bought an RV Inverter Heat Pump for my RV about 8 months ago. The unit failed from a bad fan. I contacted TURBRO customer support, sent them pictures, proof of purchase, and the serial number. They shipped me a replacement quickly.
They were very professional and kind.
I love my RV Heat Pump and the exceptional service of TURBRO. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

I've installed 11 of the Turbro Minisplit units so far. They are very reasonably priced, very efficient as far as electric usage is concerned and their cellphone app to remote control them is awesome. I also wanted to give props to their customer service. The 11th unit I installed had a leak in the outdoor unit and after answering a few questions with support, they were able to send me the replacement parts no extra charge and they showed up in 2 days while we still had our technician on-site.

Update: after several communications, a manager sent a detailed response and apology and resolved the pricing issue to honor the offered price. As a result of what appeared to be a genuine response, I purchased the product on Amazon and will update this further if my opinion changes. I still believe their website is bogus pricing, but unfortunately that seems common for many companies. My purchase was on Amazon and I could not recommend purchasing directly on their website even with their good customer service response.

This is a review of their pricing practices. Although not alone, they use bogus pricing, claiming that something is on sale. When really they are trying to price it higher then you can buy it elsewhere. For example, they claim an MSRP and then offer a 25 or 20% discount which actually makes it more expensive than if you bought it from Amazon or Home Depot or other places. I know we’re all used to this, but it’s just dishonest. It also is something that everyone should know because buying directly from them will cost you money, including shipping costs and other things that you lose from buying from a retailer. You would think if you bought directly from the manufacturer, you could save money, but definitely that is not the case under their current pricing for that reason I give them three stars as I communicated directly with them to try to give them an opportunity to correct the misleading pricing, and they did not do so, but continued to try to charge me more than the price charged when they sell through big retailers.

Turbro is an AMAZING company. This is my second purchase from them. I had an older Turbro fireplace that I bought years ago and was having a problem with the heat. I emailed them and they were incredibly helpful, trying to troubleshoot my out of warranty fireplace. They made many suggestions and finally came to the conclusion that it wasn’t fixable. When I told them I was going to order a new one, they offered a discount with the purchase. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable people who know how to take care of their customers. I am a customer for life!
