Tudagrass Recenzje

I Bought the premium co extrusion decking and trims along with fittings which is great quality and good price. Only thing that's stopped me giving 5star is the lack of communication and late delivery. Mine was due 3-5 day delivery but ended up being 9 days. If they contacted me to let me know that would of been fine but there was no communication at all or even an expected delivery date email. I think they just need to improve on the order/delivery process.

Wow! Fabulous service- ordered & arrived in 2 days. Friendly helpful driver. Product is unreal quality - likened to a plush carpet. Good price too. I’m ordering another huge roll for a different area in the garden. The first roll used to cover unsightly tarmac under my car port. Transformational! Thank you Tuda Grass x

The decking boards were nice and easy to cut and seemed to be of good quality. The fixing system of t clips is easy to use and hold the boards effectively. The only downside is the screws are of poor quality and quite a few of the screw heads rounded out so couldn't be used. I ended up using some of my own screws to do some fixings. Overall quite pleased with the product but improve the screws please.

2nd time I’ve used this company and once again happy with product, delivery, timing

This was the second order from Tuda Grass- and on both occasions the ordering- paying and delivery were very speedy the product ordered was securely packaged and was delivered within three days

Great realistic grass, it is so full and springy. Very good price too, at under £10 m2.

Fantastic company to deal with brilliant communication through WhatsApp and customer service team as I needed to order more panels spoke to customer service to help me and requested a delivery which they did sort for me top quality product. I would highly recommend this company

Terrible service and misleading colors
The color of the rug in reality is completely different from the palette shown on Amazon. I wanted to get a replacement, so I called customer support a The representative was extremely rude and flat-out refused to exchange it. In the end, I had to return the item through Amazon. Avoid this seller.

Excellent communication and delivery of artificial grass to the site of use at the bottom of the garden.

This is my second order and again fast delivery, driver is excellent and friendly. Products are great qualaity. Highly recommend.

I rarely leave reviews for companies, but I think the service and quality of their products are first class. They were able to help me over text on WhatsApp and were able to tell me what I needed to lay artificial grass on solid ground. They were able to sort me out with a few samples too to be sent over to the North of Ireland which helped a lot. Thanks very much.

Loved this product, easy to use, very high quality. Great finish, looks amazing. Delivery was on time, whole service was 5 star.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Have chat and reply promptly always, highly recommended for all. They provided as they said I will come back if I need something.

Great customer experience and fast delivery (oh and the product was also very good!)

Great service and product quality

Customer service was excellent, delivery was going to take a little longer (due to the hot weather backlog) when I explained I had already arranged a fitter, it was here the very next day, amazing service, product looks great too. Thank you so much 👏🏼

Very pleased with the artificial grass I ordered from Tuda. The quality is very good, so good in fact that we ordered the same grass for the front. It has a very soft and thick feel, kids love to play on it and maintenance is very easy. Tuda have a good range, especially if you want a more premium product, highly recommended.

A fantastic selection of different grasses, I ordered several samples before choosing a grass type. Delivery was made the next day, but the outstanding feature was a fantastic quality artificial grass for an exceptional price. Approx 2/3 cheaper than other suppliers, but better quality.

We recently ordered composite cladding from Tuda Grass based in England and delivered to Scotland, for our outdoor home bar, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The transformation has been incredible, giving the whole area a fresh, modern makeover.

Tuda Grass offers an impressive range of products and, with the largest selection of artificial grass, cladding, decking and more in the UK, there was plenty of choice to help us find exactly what we wanted and the price was good.

The quality of the composite cladding is excellent, and it has completely revitalised our outdoor space. We’ve added before and after photos to show just how amazing the difference is. We would highly recommend Tuda Grass to anyone looking to upgrade their garden or outdoor living area. Fantastic products and a stunning end result!
Another good point is their comms! Very helpful and professional which is so important and is missing from so many companies! Brilliant x

I brought oak composite decking .There was a few days delay due to supplier issues because I wanted the 4.8M lengths , but once the product arrived and was laid , it's brilliant. It tidied up an old wood decking that was past its best. I was please with how easy it was to lay with the plastic clamps , and now it looks amazing. I would definitely use this company and this product again.
