I ordered a phone for my elderly mother & it arrived promptly, after going through the functions, found it not suitable for her to manage. I contacted the customer services & they were very helpful. Upon receiving my returned phone a refund was placed back into my account.

TTfone provide simple phones ideal for the older generations. I have now used them twice and the delivery has been very quick, the website easy to use and when I had cause to contact them months after the original purchase with a question, them immediately responded.

Excellent phone support when I called for help
I was very impressed with the customer service given when I telephoned for help. I have poor hearing and this often makes phone support tricky. But the lady I spoke to listened well, spoke clearly and went out of her way to be helpful to me. It was such a pleasant change from many of the calls I have made to other companies and utilities.

Un téléphone efficace
J'avais peur que le téléphone soit trop petit, et mauvais en prise en main, mais il est parfait. Une interface simple et rapide à prendre en main (si à l'aise avec google). La batterie tiens bien (2 jours si j'utilise le wifi, 4G de temps en temps). Très bon téléphone pour déconnecter, avoir l'essentiel, en gardant de la connectivité aux besoins occasionnels.

Cannot recommend TTFone based on this woeful experience.
Ordered large button mobile for elderly gentleman and paid for faster delivery. Dispatch notice received same day. Phone failed to arrive within specified time period. Many searches via Royal Mail repeated same phrase…..waiting. Waiting. Waiting. Emailed TTFone. They insisted it had been sent despite RM not receiving. Refunded the faster delivery element as obviously outside their time frame. Many many emails and phone calls later, still no phone, still no refund. TTFone had assured me they would refund. NOTHING! Cannot recommend TTFone based on this woeful experience. YOU MAY HAVE REACHED OUT, BUT I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE REFUND I HAVE REQUESTED FOR THE ITEM STILL ON ROYAL MAIL TRACKING AS “AWAITING ITEM FROM SUPPLIER”. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY. SIMPLE. Update: 08.04.26. Still no refund. TTFone say no longer on their system therefore my bank are holding my refund. Absolute joke. 21.04.2026. STILL NO REFUND. Bank confirm no correspondence from TTFone regarding this transaction. I’ve no doubt when they see this updated edit, they will reply with some simpering bullshit about how sorry they are and blaming everyone but themselves. THIS COMPANY ARE ROBBERS. Plain and simple. Good luck to any one who uses them. 03.05.2026. Still no refund. TTFone seem to take enjoyment out of robbing elderly people.

We understand your frustration regarding the refund delay. However, as you are aware, this is due to the chargeback case raised with your bank at the same time as contacting us. While this remains active, the refund is held and managed by the bank rather than being processed directly to your account.
We approved the chargeback promptly on our side to help expedite the process, and the refund was issued following your confirmation that the item had not been received, as with the express delivery refund you received earlier.
At this stage, we kindly ask that you contact Bank of Scotland PLC for progress and the case you have raised to help speed the refund to its finalise stage.
If your bank requires any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us — we are more than happy to assist in resolving the chargeback as quickly as possible.
