Product came after 3 weeks and packaging doesn't look legit. No manufacturer info, no leaflet, cheap cardboard box. I am beyond scared to give it to my child. I have messaged them and requested a refund

Horrendous company. Shipping took forever. And product dosage guidelines are incorrect. Its been a month and im still waiting on the refund they promised.

I received my order and knew I didnt want a second bottle.I am nowhere near getting through my first bottle. I went on the website to try and find the option to cancel subscription - THERE IS NO OPTION. I have emailed to ask them to refund me and cancel my order - not heard back - this is a shame because now the money will keep leaving my account - i want customer services to email me back and i am still waiting - i am speaking to my bank to report this - its very worrying that when i go on my log in on this site - there is no option to cancel subscription - I AM A CARER FOR A CHILD SO I CANNOT AFFORD TO HAVE THIS MONTHLY PAYMENT

I've had no problems with this product. They actually work! I'm surprised by the bad reviews... They do take a while to come come but other than that good item

It's been 5 month and I am still trying to either get the drops or refund. It's pure scam. I am sorry I didn't read the reviews before placing the order 😔

I ordered the parasite cleanse and the heavy metal detox cleanse and only received the parasite cleanse and it’s been one month. After reading the reviews, I have to agree and I tried to contact the company with no response yet. I will be returning the item if it is ever delivered. I never even received an order confirmation shipment or tracking number for the one item. Thank you to the other reviews because I also filed a complaint with the BBB.

I requested a refund under the companies t&cs unopened undamaged because they arrived with stickers showing chinese characters and I wasn't sure exactly what I would be giving child-I lost confidence. What followed was a slow and insulting set of emails asking me to take a ridiculous partial refund to keep the items. When I declined 3 times and asked again for the details of what postage I had to arrange and pay for and for the warhouse address it went silent. I would totally avoid this company, thier customer care is woeful, thier no quibble refund is clearly bogus and thier products could be bogus who knows but I got no explanation or reassurance for the foreign language stickers. AVOID.

Do not buy!!! Do your research first. I purchased the Zari Zeotox, I regret I didn’t do more research about this product. Because the 5 star reviews got me. I had no issues on the delivery but I do need to return the product due to my husband didn’t agree on anything for me to give to our kid without doctors approval. Then I asked our pediatrician and I decided to just return the product. Spoke to a customer rep, Lance, he was nice at first, asking the reason why I’m returning the product. But he’s making it difficult. He said keep it and try it out first because customers who are skeptical ended up trying out the product. I gave him the reason and I already mentioned it’s unopened. According to the website if unopened, it can be returned. Then he said if I’m willing to return it to their warehouse in UK. The product was sent from Florida, why do I need to return it to UK? And on their website they have warehouses in the US and the address on the website is in Murrieta, Ca. He just wanted to make the conversation longer so I will pass the 30 days return timeframe. Don’t believe 5 star reviews, all AI generated!

I Should have looked on here before I purchased. Company is a total scam, products come from China you have to pay shipping to distributing center in Europe to return and it costs over $40 to return it. I've been back and forth with the company to get a return and it seems like there is no continuity..they asked me for my order number and how much I paid . Never again don't do it!

Never received an order confirmation or delivery confirmation, never received goods just got debited!

I ordered two bottles of Zeolite drops February 9, 2025 and till this day, they were never delivered. Kept chasing them about my order or at least a refund and all I got were lies that they were delivered at odd times like 5am or 11pm at different dates. They showed me pictures of strange places were the so called deliveries were made. No accountability whatsoever, no refund either! Such a scam!

It’s a scam. This company has copied a label from a legitimate company, called Joyspring Vitamins, and puts useless ingredients in a bottle that is shipped from China. I’ve been trying to get a refund from them for days now and keep getting the run-around. They’ve offered a 10% refund which is unacceptable, given that their entire company is a rip-off. I’ve filed reports with the Better Business Bureau, the FTC, Econsumer.gov, and my state’s attorney’s office.

Please don't waste your money. They do not honour their 30 days money back guarantee. I have seen no difference what so ever and after I refused them trying to persuade me to continue with the treatment and asked for refund, they stopped responding to emails altogether.

If I could rate this company and product a zero I would. I fell for the scam and for 2months I have been trying to cancel reoccurring orders with the company. I filed fraud claims with my credit card company against TryZeria. My only hope is to spread the word about this company to make everyone fully aware of this SCAM

Should be illegal to market this they way that they do. Trading standards need to get on the case for YouTube adverts in the UK. Totally con. I wish you could just link the trust pilot reviews in their comment section. The advert I saw was a pack of lies. Disgusting company, total con-artists. There are no active ingredients in the ‘paratox’ the only common parasite some young children pick up in their gut in the UK is pin worms, and none of the ingredients in this bottle would kill pin worms. False advertising.

Should have read the reviews!! My parcel did not arrive. I looked at my tracking after a few weeks and it says it was returned to the seller. I never even received it to be able to return it and I have not been refunded my $120! Gutted. Thought this was going to be so good for my little guy but seems its a scam.
