Same experience as others. Won’t cancel my subscription, keep charging me without permission. I’ve also canceled my credit card to get rid of them. Rubbish product. This business is a scam.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!! Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO ONE RETURNS AN EMAIL OR YOUR PHONE CALL. THEY JUST KEEP CHARGING YOUR ACCOUNT WILLY-NILLY. I HAD TO LITERALLY CANCEL MY CARD TO GET RID OF THESE PEOPLE!!

MY PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED. I ADDRESSED IT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WERE HORRIBLE. THEY TOLD ME I HAVE TO WRITE AN INCIDENT REPORT WITH THE CARRIER THAT THEY HIRED FOR THEIR BUSINESS. CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS?

I cancelled my order before it shipped out and cancelled the subscription along with it. The company confirmed the subscription was cancelled and then shipped the product the next month and charged me. I have gone back and forth with Customer Support and they have been so unhelpful and pretty much stated I didn't cancel the subscription in time even though this was their mistake. I've moved forward with a chargeback with bank.

Scam product and terrible company. 12/28/2025 I purchased their tried the product, didn't like and cancelled 30 days into the 60 Day Guarantee. They came back and said I must use the product 60 days to cancel. Which I replied "I am not going to continue to put something in my body I didn't like". 2nd order comes in a few days later I reached out for a return address and my refund for the 2 months worth of products. They said to save me time they offered a 20% refund which I again refused and asked for a return address. They replied that to return the products it would cost between $20-$50 depending on where they had me ship the products (these are 1 oz. bottles of product not gold bars). I said "I WANT THE RETURN ADDRESS!" which they never replied back. I disputed through my credit card and won. Month 3 (3/2/26) they again charged my credit card and mailed products and I again have disputed and based on previous win I will win again. Do not buy from this company you will continue to fight to get out off their subscriber list.

Scam products did absolutely nothing and got locked into an expensive subscription stay away!

I ordered their product and, after deciding not to use it, I canceled the subscription before any further shipments. I have the email confirmations proving my cancellation.
Despite canceling, DETOX’D sent a shipment two days later and billed me for it. This was done without my consent and against my explicit cancellation request.
I reached out immediately for a refund and to stop any further charges. DETOX’D did not reply to my first contact.
I sent another email with screenshots of my prior cancellation conversation to prove I had canceled and to show their mistake. Again, no response.
They charged me again despite my repeated requests to stop, and there was still no communication about returns or refunds.
I have attempted to resolve this multiple times through email, but DETOX’D has ignored me. This feels like theft andbrazen disregard for customers.

What this exposed to me:
Poor or nonexistent order cancellation and subscription management.
Unauthorized shipments and charges after a cancellation.
Complete lack of customer service and accountability.
No clear process for returns or refunds, despite repeated requests and proof.
A pattern that makes customers feel unsafe about any future orders.

Gedetoxd is a scam company. Their products do not work. And they do not honor their “30 day no questions asked money back guarantee” which is what encouraged me to try their products. There is no recourse to have them stand by their word. They are not bound by any American regulatory body. Their products were shipped from China. They refunded me 50% of what i paid rather than the full amount implied in their website. Which is better than nothing. But i do believe in being transparent with my experience for anyone else who might like to know before looking to do business with them.
