Ich habe Kniepflaster bei Wellnee bestellt und eine Bestätigung für zwei Packungen erhalten, obwohl meine Bestellung lediglich eine Packung umfasste. Unmittelbar darauf habe ich versucht, dies mit Wellnee zu klären, um die Lieferung auf eine Packung zu beschränken. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass dies nicht mehr möglich sei und ich die Ware nach Erhalt zurücksenden müsse. Der Betrag für zwei Packungen wurde umgehend zweimal via PayPal abgebucht.
Nachdem ich die Ware auf eigene Kosten zurückgesandt hatte, ging ich davon aus, dass die Rückerstattung zeitnah erfolgen würde.
Anschließend entwickelte sich ein intensiver E-Mail-Verkehr. Trotz Übermittlung des Rücksendescheins des Unternehmens wurden wiederholt neue Informationen angefordert. Es hieß, der Rücksendeschein sei unleserlich, und es wurden die Rücksendenummer sowie das Transportunternehmen erfragt.
Nach einem Austausch von jeweils 20 E-Mails mit Wellnee und nach der letzten E-Mail, dass ich rechtliche Schritte einleiten werde und Wellnee eine Frist gesetzt hatte, habe ich meine Rückerstattung letztendlich erhalten.
Diese Art der Kundenbehandlung grenzt an betrügerisches Verhalten.

Schlechter Kundenservice
Ich vergebe einen Stern, weil das Produkt an sich sehr gut ist. Leider gibt es die Patches in zwei Ausführungen.
Die Chargen ab 2026 sind von der Qualität her gut, die aus dem Zeitraum davor leider mangelhaft. Ich habe am 20.07.26 die alten erhalten und am 23.07.26 per Mail mit Fotos reklamiert, weil diese nicht am Knie haften. Seit diesem Zeitpunkt hat es einen regen Mailverkehr mit dem Hersteller gegeben, der damit endete, dass gestern mitgeteilt wurde, dass die Frist zum Umtausch nur 30 Tage beträgt und diese leider abgelaufen ist. Die mehrfache Frage, warum der Umtausch nicht sofort nach der Reklamation, also drei Tage nach Erhalt der Ware, abgewickelt wurde, wurde leider nicht beantwortet. (Vielleicht hat KI auch meine Frage überhaut nicht verstanden.) Kundenbindung geht anders...
