Wy does any company that sends spam emails expect any rational minded person to buy their products?
I received a spam email from wellness that had fake return addresses, fake sender addresses and no way of unsubscribing, opting out or reporting the spam.
wellness: Stop spamming people, take me off you mailing list, try and act like a professional company and don't bother asking for my order number so you can sort things out as I have never, and will never, buy from you.

I purchased this product several months…
I purchased this product several months ago, I paid $54 and change for a very tiny jar less than 3oz, (didn’t have that info on the label). The label said soothing relief formula, I didn’t see that on any advertised bottle. came in package without any info or packaging to communicate with manufacturer. No nothing, just a small jar with a lol alike that’s being advertised. I feel I have been scammed with no one to contact! This white cream did nothing, with barely a medical smell of any kind of medicine ingredients. This is a SCAM!!!

Over priced, uncomfortable to wear, and their checkout system is designed to trick you into accidentally buying more, but they don't give you any time to cancel the order. Absolute scammers.
Since posting this I was offered a full refund which I have accepted and promptly received, still no news on fixing the format of their website though

They really do help.
I would recomend anyone with pain not only in the knees. I use mine on my lower back and hips. It makes getting throught the day some muck easier

Leider muss ich mitteilen
Leider muss ich mitteilen, dass ich super enttäuscht von der “hinterhältigen Art” des Bestellvorgangs auf der Webseite bin! Es steht ein “Ihre Bestellung ist noch nicht abgeschlossen …” dabei bestelle ich mit einem weiteren Klick noch mehr Produkte. Was mich allerdings am meisten aufregt ist, dass ich warhscheinlich jedes Mal die Versandkosten bezahle. Zudem kann ich das Bestellte auch nicht überprüfen, weil ich keine Bestellbestätigung erhalten habe. Die Ware soll aber innerhalb von 48h versendet werden - schön, dabei weiß ich nicht mal was und wieviel und kann es auch nicht widerrufen. Schön und Käuferfreundlich ist was anderes.
Auf solch eine Masche kann aber nur einmal hereinfallen.
