The product is okay, not spectacular enough to warrant a second purchase. However, Sculptique, the company promoting the product, is a complete scam. I made a single purchase, and they signed me up for a quarterly subscription without my authorization. To make matters worse, their email is set to not receive any messages. If you're considering buying this product, think twice and look for a better option.

Good product and top notch customer service
Had an issue with the website trying to manage my account, but contacted customer service via email. Mary J responded quickly, resolved my issue and has followed up twice making sure I am satisfied with the outcome.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this company
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this company. I canceled subscription mid May, then received notice in mid July of their intent to ship new order. I immediately contacted them to not ship the order because I’d emailed two months before to cancel and sent them proof. I told them that they’d made an unauthorized charge to my account and asked that they put the money back. They acknowledged receiving my cancellation notice but failed to note it in my account. They have refused to put the money back into my account and refused to pay for the return postage on products that they sent because they failed to cancel my subscription after a 2 month notice to do so. On top of that, the product doesn’t work!! I will never buy from them again!

We'll also cover the return postage — please email us at info@trysculptique.com so we can send you a prepaid label right away. No one should have to chase down a cancellation they already requested, and we're reviewing our processes to make sure this doesn't happen again.
When it comes to Sculptique, we truly believe in what we've created, and we're sorry it didn't deliver the results you were hoping for. We'd love the chance to make this right and hope you'll give us the opportunity to restore your trust.
No email correspondence
I sent 3emails, 3days in a row and never received a response!
The first email was sent immediately after I received confirmation of my order. In those emails I specifically asked to have one of the items removed from my order before they were shipped.
Unfortunately and unfairly, I now have to pay the shipping fees to send back the item I didn’t want! And then wait for reimbursement.
Upon receiving my order, I immediately called for Customer Support. Cookie was kind, understanding and helpful in guiding me through the return process.

The Customer Service was awesome. I dealt with Desiree and John. Due to a different medical problem, I was unable to continue with the product. Both of them were more than happy to help me cancel the product purchase and refund the purchase price. Their company has great customer service representatives.
