Purchased shoes and a dress for wedding took over a month to arrive be very careful quality is poor .

Looks like a scam: the shaver I ordered doesn’t shave, trying to refund but emails and phone aren’t answered
I was double charged for a pair of aviator goggles. After contacting them I have not received a promised refund. Delivery arrived after 6 weeks! The item is SHOCKING! Cheap quality, scratched and do not fit to the face so would leak. Not sent from the registered business address in London but obviously out sourced from China. I cannot believe what I have received. I have thrown them straight in the trash.
I’m still waiting for my refund after numerous contacts made to their customer service dept.
