The product is BRILLIANT. Love it. I use archives a lot and the fact it is notably 'pencil' is great. A previous propelling pencil was forever being mistaken for a pen and then left poor notes on paper. This is comfy to use, the writing lasts, looks great and no faffy lead sizes.

But the shipping is very very slow. Be warned if Christmas gift. It came shoved in a bit of bubble wrap which felt a bit jarring for a high end item and the shade I chose is nothing like on screen. I think it might be the wrong one but I got it on an offer and frankly I cannot give up time sorting out what is essentially a fancy pencil.

I don't think I'd recommend them to anyone but if people try the pen(cil) and like it, I'll say what I said here. Shame. I thought I had gifts for people sorted but no. The lack of holder or case does worry me that it will be easy to lose. I doubt I'd repurchase after the whole feel of buying from them was so 'so what?' on their part. And yeah, suddenly getting loads of emails spamming. Nothing puts me off a company more...

Wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased. Got them (5) today in a little plastic jiffy bag. For the money I paid, could have done better. If you're an artist like me, dont buy these unless you enjoy fighting to get a mark on artist paper. Faint inconsistent lines and the tip is not 'ever'. I drew with it for 20min and already I could tell the tip is wearing down. After reading the comments, won't bother sending them back. I didn't know they were coming from China or I wouldn't have purchased. I buy things from China on purpose sometimes, knowing it might not go well. I paid a chunk of change for these 5 pencils. Never again.

I purchased a pencil from the website, which is advertised as being in USA the item was shipped from China which meant it’s taken a few weeks to arrive.
It’s arrived in a Jiffy bag, with the pencil just thrown in bubble wrap and the mini bags with pencil tips thrown in too. Nothing like the website showed, it looked executive and very professional yet here I am gobsmacked at the state of it. I do not recommend and if it wasn’t for the sake of faff I’d be sending it back but I don’t think I’d pay the return postage. Do yourself a favour don’t buy from here. I wish I could post a picture of how bad the packaging was, not even in a presentation box

I love the idea of a pencil that never goes blunt. The shape and weight of the everpen are satisfying and I like the lid to protect the nib. I have been using this for a while now and the tip has rounded a bit but has barely worn down. The main downside is just how faint the marks from the pencil are. I really have to concentrate to read what I've written. Compared with a regular writing pencil it is much less dark. So at the moment I would not recommend this pencil very strongly. If they could work out a way to make it darker that would change my view.

Just recieved my Everpen pencil. What a waste of money, I can barely see what I’ve written it is so faint. Total waste of money for me, feel like I’ve been scammed, lesson learnt. 😡

I bought this expensive pencil for a present - the advertising showed a lovely box - The pencil arrived just wrapped in bubble wrap and with a cheap plastic lid . Extremely disappointing - support offered a 20% refund but after some to ing and froing, I finally got a refund … I’m sure the pencil is good just don’t buy it for a present!

Started off great but I used it sparingly, it's become scratchy and won't even write at all. It's also worn down quite a bit even though I've used it a handful of times.
The lid is crap plastic that falls off so don't put it in a pencil case. Waste of money

company is jerks. they ignored me for months, and when they finally replied, said i was out of warranty. i would give them negative stars if i could.

- The tips round off even after first few lines of text. There’s nothing “ever” about it.

- Order does ship from China, so shipping process is 3 weeks.

- When you want to return it for a refund, they ask several questions and don't to process your refund. They even ask for a photo "what is received". When I ask why, they say "to make sure that I received the correct item from the order".

I am still try to get my money back. They are resisting with all sorts for cheap tricks.1109 Back and forth for a week with the "customer support". Not successful currently.

Be very cautious. There is a very misleading statement on their website about satisfaction.

Well it is a pencil. And on the day I received it I let them know that it did not meet my expectations. I tried it on a piece of paper and found it to be way too hard. It required pressure to make a suitable mark on the paper. I knew I was not going to use it.
However. I received a reply, telling me that as the product 'had been used' I was not eligible for a refund. It had not been used! It had been tested to see if it met my expectations. It's a pencil, for goodness sake! And one that does not write as I would like. I found the marketing to be very dishonest. So I urge people to be careful before buying. It's a beautiful object. But not useful to me as a pencil.

Its not an everlasting pencil. Mine wore down in about two weeks after taking weeks to get here. Now I have to buy new tips for my everlasting pencil that feels like a cheap stylus for a tablet.

Don't buy this.

I bought the Everpen based on the marketing claim that it "never needs sharpening" and provides an eternal writing experience. Unfortunately, after just two weeks of regular everyday use, that claim has proven to be completely false. The tip has already become blunt, rounded, and thick. Because it is a rounded metal nib, it now writes like a dull crayon rather than a precise pencil. Since you cannot use a standard sharpener on this metal tip without ruining it, I am stuck with a thick, clumsy line that is useless for fine writing or detailed sketching. While the concept of an inkless pen is great in theory, calling it a "forever pencil that never needs sharpening" is basically a lie. It wears down much faster than advertised, and unless you want to constantly buy and swap out replacement tips every couple of weeks, it fails at its primary selling point.

Does not last. Nib's ware down fairly quicky dispite advertisements that is does not.

They are low quality, came in a random bag, no box or packaging and does not write well.

Utter rubbish. Postage takes years and the aftercare; well let’s just say there is no care at all. If you get a toothpick and write on paper with it, that’s about the same shade as the pencil is. Completely useless save your money and buy a proper pencil that you can actually use. Mines in the bin, my free ikea pencil is better!!!

Still waiting for my refund for this scam product. If I do not receive one I will file a chargeback. I've reached out numerous times without a response.

TECH: First, Everpen isn't a pen. It's a pencil. No really, it's a pencil. The "lead" is some sort of graphene, which leaves a very clear but erasable mark on paper. So what, you ask? So, the tip hasn't dulled in a month of use! It's not the sharp 0.5mm HB lead in my mechanical pencil, no, BUT it doesn't dull, makes a nice mark, allows me to write a note or shade a figure.

ART: NB: I'm no artist. I can't talk about utility in terms of drawing / sketching. I sketch out technical drawings before I go to software. I draw out charts before going to software.

HANDLING: This pencil fits nicelyin the hand and is weighted nicely. I might stick a curiosity eraserhead on the top back - mostly because something nerdy fits my idiom.

Bottom Line at the End :(opposite of BLUF). I'm a tech nerd and novelty enthusiast. I'm an engineer and a physician. So this type of item really appeals to me. I bought it, I think it's worth it. And I would do it again.

This is a ridiculous item. The pencil writes SO lightly that you can't see what you've written. Same for the colored tips.
Upon contacting "customer service" for a refund, as stated on their website, they gave me a total run-around. First offered a 30% refund. When I declined, they stopped contacting me. I reached out again and received a "generous" offer of 60% refund, which i have yet to see.
Don't waste your time or mo ey with a completely substandard product with AI customer service. Worthless in every aspect.

Never received my Everpen emailed sent numerous messages and they could not even provide me a tracking number. They told me to contact the delivery company in China.

I purchased an Everpen and it doesn’t work as advertised. The writing is very faint.

I contacted the company about a return and the company wouldn’t provide return instructions or a return address. I have an email chain of 13 emails asking for the information…they respond with a discount of 10%, then 20%, then 30%, etc.

I eventually had to have my credit card company process a charge back.
