It took 17 days to get the package and when I emailed them the email bounced and I got several error messages. Spam message asking for more purchases before I even received the product. All this gave the feeling of scam. When the product finally arrived, I tried it at once. The mask slides around the face for a long time after application, you have to be completely still and wait at least 40 minutes before it starts to stick to the face. I sleept with it on and I woke up with a wrinkled mask which wrinkled my face. Large parts of the face was wrinkled after I removed the mask but that setteld after a while. The skin didn't get a "glass effect" but it feels hydrated. I like the feeling of the skin and I get by with one mask a week and after you get the hang of it you can sleep in it just fine. I wish it wasnt so expensive but I will buy more couse it works good.

It is a scam the masks are falling apart with the slightest touch. Looks nothing like the website. Avoid

Placed an order only received a confirmation code. I’ve had no correspondence from Coco Beauty whatsoever. When I try use the ‘track your order’ using the confirmation code it just states couldn’t find order. If I log in using my email address it says no orders… I’ve checked and they’ve definitely taken the payment for the order.
To top it off I’ve tried to email the address on the website to receive this back

“Address not found
Your message wasn't delivered to info @ trycocobeauty. com because the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive email.”

So right now I have no way of contacting this company nor do I know when or if I’ll even receive my order.

Is not really company what cocobeauty tell on custumers comments,don't believe this company is lie,products came from China!don't buy from them!

I placed an order with coco beauty for the pack of 3 mask. When I placed the order on the Web page it said order that day I would receive the order by the 6th of July. The 6th of July came and went with no update on my order to even say it had been despatched. I emailed them and they tryed to fobb me off with an excuse that's false advertisement in my eyes. I then get my order days later and they have only sent one mask instead of the 3 I ordered. Again I emailed and they asked me to send proof of what I got delivered. I emailed back with what they asked for now I'm just being ignored. Really poor customer service needs improving and has put me off ordering in the future.
