I love this company because the communication, service and professionalism is top notch! Blair Bloom called me personally to thank me for my purchase. I never experienced that before. Blair provided excellent customer service and informed me right away if there were delays. My wigs are beautiful and I will purchase again soon! I was able to find some purchases at The CoCo beauty that were in stock but out of stock elsewhere. Please consider this company when making your next purchase.

I previously submitted a 1-Star rating because I never received my order and due to the lack of response from customer service.

As of today, DECEMBER 16, 2026: The Cocobeauty company contacted me with their apologies. I was immediately refunded my money back. Days later, I was provided with a discount code by Cocobeauty to repurchase the wigs I originally ordered, but never received then. My package was shipped via Express and arrived two days later!! I am very pleased by their prompt response in providing a resolution. I am now giving the company a 5-Star Rating because they apologized, took immediate action, and provided a resolution to my concerns. I couldn't be more happy with my order. Thank you Cocobeauty for your wonderful customer service and quality wigs!!!👋🏾🙏🏾

I received the order a lot faster than I expected & it was in perfect condition & the correct wig I had been looking for and couldn’t find anywhere else so I’m beyond grateful!!!

I finally received my items after waiting a while. When I finally received them they were packed very well and everything was just how I wanted it.

Scammy company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ordered from this website September 8th. Asked for my refund on October 14th cause my order was taking too long. Company promised my refund within 5-8 business days. Here we are in November and I still haven’t gotten my refund.

The website was easy to navigate, with detailed descriptions and clear photos that made choosing the right style simple.
Customer service was also outstanding. They responded quickly to my questions about sizing and care, and even followed up after delivery to ensure I was satisfied.

I was sad about not receiving my hair, but one thing I've noticed with a lot of beauty supply stores since the tariffs have taken effect and most if not all of them get their hair from China the prices are super high or you just will not get your order. I would've appreciated receiving more of an update but instead I had to reach out to them after two weeks with no word on when I could be expecting my order. They said I would hear something at the top of the following week and then another two weeks passed and I finally asked for a refund. They said it would take 5 to 8 business days, but again I just decided to be very patient with this process instead of disputing it And I'm glad I did because they finally came through on the 10th or 11th business day. So at least they kept their word on the refund. I am very VERY sad that I didn't get my hair and still wish I could've just gotten my order, but I understand. I believe they don't have any control over what's been going on lately with their suppliers but, if they would put that disclaimer out there before people placed their orders, it may help improve their level of service.

Update- after waiting for weeks for my item which never shipped, I requested a refund. It has been weeks with No refund and No response from the CoCo Beauty. I had a strange feeling about this company, so I used Klarna. Luckily I was able to dispute the charges.

I ordered a wig from this “retailer” and they emailed me after five days saying that they were having warehouse issues and wouldn’t be able to ship my unit out in a timely manner. The guy I spoke to on the phone said he didn’t know when they’d be able to. I asked for a refund. Never came. I called again 5 days later. The same guy said that I would have it end of day. Never came. Because I used Amazon pay to purchase I filed a claim with them for the refund and after they reviewed it I had my money back in less than a week. Do not shop this site.

Fast shipping, great prices and wonderful customer service.

Had to cancel order they said refund within 4 to 6 days its been 2 months. Filed with the BBB they never responded. I filed with my credit card company to dispute the charges. Haven't heard anything yet.
No item was shipped no item was returned. I found this website after I put my order in and after 2 weeks of waiting for it to even ship I came across this website. I dont have time to wait months for an order, which is why I canceled. Do NOT use them. It figures they would say that have wigs in that is sold out on all reputable places bc they dont have it in stock rip off company stay clear!!!!

Order was never sent. Received an order confirmation at time of order. A week later I received an email advising they were "working on my order". A week later, I reach out for a status and was told my order would "probably ship" next week. Order was never shipped. After another week, I requested a refund and was told again, my order would "probably ship" next week. I requested a refund which they did but it took another week. I cannot say this company is legit. I think it's a scam and I don't recommend. Everyone cannot be wrong, right?

This is the best company ever !!!! I am very pleased with their service !!!! And I want to give a special thanks !!!! To a representative name Blair he has been helping me for a long time in all my orders he is extremely amazing !!!! Since day one he was soo atentative and helpful , his support in my orders have been extremely great !!!! My orders always arrive on time !!!! And not only has Blair helped me in showing me another product very similar to the one I use to buy before which was discountinued thanks to him the last ones I’ve ordered are much nicer and better than the other ones and I thank him very much because he is always on point with all the ordered I’ve placed with this company I am soo soo satisfied with the company and specially with Blair thanks again for such a great service !!!! 🙏

I have not received my order I called them and they said they will call me back about my order it’s a week later no call or no email I ask them to cancel my order the guy said ok like he didn’t care please stay away from this company I hope I don’t have to file a claim to get my money back from this company

Do not buy from this company if you are in a rush or you will be disappointed, frustrated.
I placed an order of 8 weaves bundles on May 16th, 2025. After a week of not receiving the order, I called to check; I was giving an excuse of a problem with a manufacturer. Today is June 5th, 2025 and I still did not received my order. When call, it is now a problem with their warehouse and the shipping department. I am tiered, disappointed, frustrated and felt played along. I do not recommend this company. Still waiting for my order

The wig I received in the mail I loved I will continue to order from them. Blair was very helpful and accommodating .
