I had doubts that their products would work. After using botox bliss elixir for one month I noticed dark spots disappearing and wrinkles becoming less visible. I've used it for 3 months yesterday. Just yesterday I had my old friend compliment me on my skin. He was amazed that I was 70 yrs old. I won't ever be without this product.

Just received a Black Friday email from Bliss.
I wouldn’t deal with Bliss Cosmetics again even if goods were free !
A dreadful, unprofessional company to deal with and I still have the financial scars to remind me.

Ugh I ordered Oct 4 and still have not received my order. What a waste of money. I’m very sad I didn’t get to try the product.

Ok I was skeptical at first but WOW! This serum is incredible. The quality is outstanding - you can tell it's made with premium ingredients. Bliss Cosmetics really knows what they're doing. The bottle came so well packaged and arrived in 2 days which was impressive. I love the sleek design of the pump bottle, makes it feel like a high-end spa product. I've been using the Botox Bliss Elixir for about 6 weeks now and my crow's feet have diminished significantly. My friends keep asking what I'm doing diferent! Customer support answered all my questions super quickly too. This is definately staying in my routine.

Do NOT order from this company. I ordered back in June and still have not received the product or a refund. Email after email promising me they are getting me a refund and still nothing . They are a scam.

No tracking available when ordered and I've probably emailed at least 10 times to get a refund. Just keep getting a "we're sorry blah blah blah" but no results. At this point I have to assume it's a scam company and I will never see the products nor the refund.

Do NOT buy from this company. It is a scam. They gave me a fake tracking number. No delivery after 3 weeks, but I see people have been waiting months. IF I ever get a delivery, I will rewrite the review.
This is an update to my initial review. The tracking number they sent me never worked—it looked like it was circling around in China. I did finally receive a partial order, but it took almost 5 weeks. I ordered AND PAID FOR “1 bundle of 4”. I received ONLY 1 bottle. I notified their customer service, who responded a couple of times with the last time asking for picture of packing slip—the envelope did not have a packing slip—it only had 1 bottle in it. I sent them pictures of what I received. They have not responded since. I have no idea why someone would want to remove 3 bottles & the packing slip but that is the only thing I can think of unless the company’s shipping department is so incompetent that they only mailed 1 bottle. It was shipped in an envelope—perhaps they should improve the security of their packaging and ship it in a small box and not an envelope that could be opened. Bottom line, paying for 4 bottles and only receiving 1 bottle is not good customer service and definitely NOT good value for the money. Who knows if the product even works—1 bottle won’t last long enough to tell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Don’t buy anything from this Company. I never received my order which was made way back in June. I’ve been back and forwards with emails to receive a full refund to no avail

I ordered Bliss products (over $130 paid) and felt that this was going to be a good product. Five months later, still no product has been delivered and after cancelling the order and requesting a refund, no Money has been refunded to me. I have written numerous emails, inquiring about the status and I get responses from the company. At first, I felt the email responses that I was receiving after each of my emails were genuine. They were very sincere and polite and made promises of of my order being personally looked into. Well after a very large number of emails written and responses given to me, I still have not received the products ordered or the refund of my money, only useless promises that my order will be looked into. I would NEVER order from this company again. I have encountered what I now feel to be as fraudulent activity. I would have rated this company ZERO stars if that had been available to me as an option.

Non delivery and no refund going on 3 months. Dont order from them please.

I have been waiting 3 months for the order I placed and despite sending many emails and being promised it would be looked into, nothing has happened. Will NOT be using this company again. No problems with my first order so wasn’t expecting any this time.

As of today 12th August 2025, I am still waiting on a refund requested on 12th April 2025.
I have never received product.
I have emailed them 18 times and every response is AI generated. Not possible to speak to a person.
This company is FRAUDULENT. Warning; Do not place an order with them.

Placed an order in May/25 and it’s now August/25 for well over $150CA and still have not received any product . Have tried contacting company but get canned reply’s to my emails and was told they have no phone number one can call. Have requested refund but no response. Will never order from them again. Scammers!

After using this company for a number of successful purchases they suddenly said they couldn’t deliver to me as my address was rural and offered a refund ( purchase was over $80) I pointed out to them that they had delivered before and sent them my previous order email,
They said they would look into this , when I questioned it again the original email for received order has disappeared ( nothing I did😳) I have been asking them for months now for my refund for goods NOT received and this morning I sent yet another email which has come back to me as a failure for their address not existing😡these people obviously have no conscious at treating a pensioner this way!

I ordered product from an ad that popped up on facebook. when i received NO confirmation of order other than my bank charge i chose to cancel and requested refund….this is now a month long battle to receive it. If you choose to buy this product, purchase through amazon where you will be protected! if you can help in any way, my name is Deborah Neilen, Thank you!

They deserve ZERO stars.
This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with - ever!
Their Customer Service is ZERO.
I don’t believe they are honest - I have been waiting since November ‘24 for a credit for returned goods although I have provided proof of the return. They always manage to come up with some excuse not to raise the credit - it is the only thing they are good at!
No credit forthcoming at end of May’25.
DO NOT deal with this company and share my experience with your family and friends. There is no evidence that their products are effective anyway.
DO NOT waste your money!

I ordered the Botox elixir 3 months ago. Ordering was easy, delivery quick. After less than 3 months my skin & wrinkles have improved significantly. Great moisturizer too. I will definitely re-order.

This company sucks. I ordered in 3/3/25. Hadn’t received as of 4/6 so wrote and asked for a refund. I have now written 4 times with each reply, sorry for inconvenience and we understand your frustration, I call BS!! Don’t waste your money on this.

I placed an order, my card was immediately charged, order was never processed, never shipped..so, I cancelled. It has now been eight weeks since the order was cancelled with no refund processed. Customer service replies with canned email messages. Same wording on every reply to numerous email messages sent attempting to get a refund. Over $100 charged.

I placed my order on 3/23/25. I've sent several emails and have been told it is shipped. As of 4/23/25 it hasn't moved one bit. It takes 3-5 days to even get a reply. I'm close to just cancelling the charge. TERRIBLE Customer Service.
