Love the product but shipping was very slow.

I never knew when I ordered from this US company that the cosmetics were being ordered via China and my money being sent to Latvia. Had I known I would never have ordered. Too risky altogether.

Firstly, I was informed that my parcel would arrive 3 weeks after ordering. It took well over 2 months.

Secondly the product was no better than others I could buy locally. For a Chinese product it was expensive but I stupidly believed the hype.

Finally, I inadvertently ordered twice but my cancellation of one order was accepted and a credit promised.

I emailed Bliss many times while awaiting my order and was reassured regarding delivery (possibly caught up at NZ customs I was told but tracking advice disproved this - the delay was their end). However, requests for my credit were ignored.

I guess I'll never get my credit. I'll never deal with this company again either.

Product took a long time to arrive, I had to email as to where my order was.
I was expecting mascara for older people to live up to sales pitch which it really didn't for me

The product itself is really great..finally a mascara I can use without eye irritation...but unfortunately never arrived the first time I ordered and I had to email back after some weeks and get it reordered.

Took months for the goods to arrive and that was after lots of emails .
Never will deal with this company ever again!!!!

The product is terrific but the customer service is TERRIBLE!!! It took 5 weeks and 4 emails before receiving the item. I would love to keep ordering it but I don't see how I can!

Had to wait too long for delivery. I waited so long for delivery I actually thought the advertisement was a scam. I wouldn't order again

I love the product but had to wait for well over a month to receive it. Not happy about that!

Only downside is the length of time it took to receive too long to wait

ok I have been duped, scammed, ripped off; whatever you want to call it. But I believe, I believe in karma and you will get yours.

Endless emails to this company with very few replies and none addressing request for a refund. Very slow delivery and when it arrived instead of 1 mascara and 2 serums they sent 2 mascara. These were cheap and small and the expensive serums missing completely. Missing product, no refund, but happily Paypal refunded within an hour of my complaint so guess this is not the first time they have come across this.

The mascara I ordered is amazing. Best I have ever bought. Flows on beautifully with no mess! Quick delivery and would totally recommend.

Well it is fine but did not do what was advertised

I had read all the reviews about your company and your product and the way previous customers spoke of their experiences, I didn't think it could be that good. But it was. And love the product. I'm older and they do work the way they're advertised to. Love it.

I purchased the serum and mascara. The mascara is very very disappointing. It is dry and does not apply well. At this point with my old mascara I would consider that it was ready for throwing out.

It took a very long time to receive my order. I kept messaging to see when I’d be receiving it as I had paid for it. It took about six weeks
This mascara is no different than any other mascara I’ve used. I would not order again

Nothing went wrong, fast efficient service, thank you, however the product clogs, and it has been disappointing.

very disappointed. it took 1.5 months for me to receive my mascara. when i got it, it was tried out. and i paid in Canadian dollars . i emailed. no one responded.

The mascara is the best I’ve ever used- and I've used many.
