Quick response time but none of the products are labelled, medication isn’t labelled and it doesn’t have best before date on. Also no instructions in bag

Outstanding product and service
I have ordered from this company twice now. Once in October and again just now.
So far there have been no issues with ordering, items are dispatched quickly and when I had questions they were responded to the same day.
As for the product....I have very pale, hard to tan skin. If I go on holiday for 2 week, I use a 60 minute tanning session on the sunbed before I go and I still burn. Any tan I achieve is gone within a couple of weeks.
I used this product daily for 14 days. After 4 days I went on the sunbed for 6 minutes every 3 days. After the 14 days I reduced both injections and sunbeds down to once a week. I have never achieved the tan that I had. I would go so far to say I was a little too tanned for winter.
Due to being in lockdown I have not been able to go on a sunbed since the end of last year. I still have a little bit of the tan left which would not have happened without this melenotan 2.
I did not have any adverse side effects, I did add 1.25ml of water to the injection and I administered it before bed. I didn’t experience any sickness but I did loose a little bit of weight (I also went through a breakup at the same time so I can’t be certain this helped with the weight loss).
Overall this product is great, it does what it says it is going to do and probably more than you’d expect

Hi Bijana
Your order was received on a Friday (after close of shipping) and shipped on the Monday), the auto email updates were sent with the order progress, unfortunately these may go into Spam. We emailed you 6 minutes after you brought this to our attention via email, with your tracking number (which confirms it was shipped on the Monday).
I feel the review is rather unfair considering you wrote before we had a chance to respond (you posted this a few minutes after you emailed us making us aware you hadn't received your shipping email).
Willow
UPDATE
The order was delivered on 2/4 which is in the suggested timeframe for delivery to the customers country.
Great customer service, arrived next day.
Great customer service, even after I'd auto-entered the wrong information, thanks Paddy! Arrived next day, looks spot on

Best supplier by far!!
Absolutely brilliant! I am never disappointed. The product is amazing, I get a gorgeous tan, my natural skin tone is a washed out pinky-white and never tans without this stuff. The service is second to none, they are totally on the ball. My order always arrives very quickly.
