Trusti Metrix Recenzje

All round good experience for me. You don't really want to cheap out on something like this as it will cost you dearly. The device pays for itself within a couple of uses, any gold buyer should have one. I had some cash laying around so I paid him in cash by post and it all went smoothly. I don't think I'll need another one for a while, but if this one breaks (butter fingers) then I'll be sure to come back for another. Highly recommended.

Ordered PMV pro with bridge and have nothing but great things to say, James was really helpful and always kept me in the loop, and any questions or queries were answered fast and precisely, this is exactly how a Family business should be run, the customer service was outstanding 👌

If you are looking to invest in a Sigma Metalytics Precious Metal Verifier (PMV), Trusti Metrix sets the gold standard for price, availability, and white-glove customer service. Protecting your investment from fakes is more critical than ever and finding a distributor you can actually trust is paramount. Fast, friendly, and exceptionally professional, I highly and unequivocally recommend Trusti Metrix to anyone looking to buy a Sigma Metalytics PRO or Investor.

Despite being based in the UK, Trusti Metrix offers the most competitive pricing and fastest availability I’ve found—even as a US customer. While these machines are on backorder almost everywhere else, Trusti Metrix is able to dispatch and fulfill their pre-orders months earlier than most other distributors and even the manufacturer. Their total cost was lower than the manufacturer and other US distributors, even after factoring in international shipping.

What truly sets them apart is their "family-business" hospitality. I spoke directly with the founder, James, who is incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and honest. He addressed all my questions and concerns within minutes with a level of transparency rarely found in the precious metals industry today. They provide phenomenal customer service pre and post order.

Their mission goes beyond sales; it is about making these world-class metal verifiers affordable so people can protect their gold, silver, and other precious metal investments during these volatile times—all while supporting a business that actively gives back to charity.

Quite honestly, these guys have given me the best service I’ve received from a company in a number of years! 👌🏼

I messaged before ordering my Sigma Investor with some questions, it was 8pm at night so wasn’t expecting a response until the next day… low and behold, James got back to me almost instantly!
With all my questions answered, I ordered straight away.

I got super lucky as my order was fulfilled almost 2 months earlier than the original estimate… which is pretty insane considering the global demand for these machines. I’d have totally understood if it had actually took longer than the estimate with everything that’s going on in the world right now. Communication throughout was spot on, not once did I worry about my investment.

Since owning it, I’ve reached out a few times and always received amazing support and tips from the team, hence why I say it’s the best service I’ve had in a very long time ☺️ pair that with an faultless bit of kit and I’m a very happy customer!

I’d seen a few suppliers when I was looking to purchase a Sigma but can hands down say I’m very glad I chose Trusti Metrix! 😁

What a breath of fresh air! I cannot recommend this company enough. I ordered a highly specialised Sigma Metalytics Pro and Bridge machine in March, and despite being warned of global delays, the team kept me fully informed. I was prepared to wait until May, but the machine arrived over a month early!

What really stands out is their communication. They answered every call and email immediately with a "real person" on the other end. It’s rare to find such high-level customer relations these days. Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with.

I recently had an issue with my old Sigma, and Tusti Metrix Ltd resolved it with incredible professionalism. The entire process was handled within just two working days. I am extremely impressed with their speed and expertise. Absolutely recommend!

This is an excellent family owned small business that goes above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend! I've bought my sigma machine in order to test a few PM items and thankfully it arrived on time as it saved me from fakes. TrustiMetrix has advised me at all times about my order and gave me precious advice. I wouldn't hesitate using them again and I wish them all the best!

Absolutely 5 star company one of the best if not the best from point of sale and continuously afterwards customer service i have ever experienced plus the tester is unreal so easy and accurate if you’re thinking about getting one go for it you won’t regret it

Nick and the team were great. Great products are prices also.

Top notch customer service who was always willing to answer any questions I had and offer the best support they could. I would highly recommend purchasing from them.

Purchased the Sigma Pro, and this company are not just providing a good piece of equipment but they provide an outstanding customer service and are extremely great communicators! They care about the product, the service and the aftercare. 100% would recommend them and their great product. A*****

Absolutely delighted with the machine and service received. James particularly was very helpful during purchase and follow up communication. Whole heartedly recommended 👌

James is so helpful on these products. I was texted to say the equipment was on its way; lovely touch. These are great people to deal with. I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.

From first to last James could not be more helpful. Great company to do business with, straight forward, did what they said they would do, no nonsense, would use again and highly recommend.

I purchased a sigma original and the buying experience was first class. Delivery time was superb and contact throughout the transaction was the best I’ve ever come across.

Incredibly helpful with any questions. I appreciate all the time James spent researching my problem. I hope to deal with again in the future :)

Thank you.

My Sigma Pro simply would not turn on so I immediately contacted Trusti Metrix by email on 6 February at 19:03. At 20:17, I received a phone call apologising for the delay (less than an hour), acknowledging my email and reassuring me on what they would do. At 21:14, I received an email asking me to try various things.

On 7 February (Friday) at 18:35, I completed all the tasks but to no avail. At 18:59, they confirmed that I would need to send my Sigma back to them and that they would send a replacement out on Monday for me to receive Tuesday.

I did, indeed, receive the replacement Sigma on Tuesday even before I had a chance to return my faulty Sigma. They are also refunding my postage costs.

I'm not sure I have ever had such responsive after sales service from any company and they exceeded my expectations.

Anyone in the UK thinking about buying a Sigma should buy from Trusti Metrix and not directly with Sigma (as I was originally considering). There is no way Sigma in the US could have provided a replacement Sigma so quickly.

I purchased a product from Trusti Metrix on 20/12/24. By the afternoon of that day I was contacted on the phone by James who politely introduced himself and advised that my order was being sent by RM, next day, special delivery. This was very reasurring as I was worried that i may not be available to receive it or there'd be a delay due to royal mail Christmas shut down. I needn't of worried. It arrived next day, on my birthday 😀 which was an added bonus. It was well packaged and within stated time. I later realised I'd made a mistake, paying with the wrong card. James at Trusti Metrix was very patient and understanding and quickly worked to offer a solution I was happy with. He also answered questions i emailed regarding the unit fairly quickly. The customer service received is second to none, as is the aftersales service. I've no doubt if I need to contact Trusti Metrix regarding my purchase they will continue to provide first class support for any queries or issues I may have in the future. Best of luck to James, Nick and all the team at Trusti Metrix.

First Class service couldn't have been more helpful.I am very pleased with my purchase and the service I received. Thank You

Amazing aftersales support . Great value and great customer focus. Very helpful indeed. I cant recommend this company enough. The Machines are varied and suit individual customers requirements, Trusti Metrix ensure the customer gets the best suited PMV tool. Its a big investment, but so worthwhile. 10/10 doesn't really represent how far this company goes to ensure aftersales care. I had some issues and the mini pro and it did not suit my needs so Trusti metrix ensured I got the best advice and I ordered the Investor model which was ideal for my set up. Suits my needs perfectly. So reliable and linking usb-c to a PC to test is such a perfect set up for me. If you're a pro tester of PMs this company is for you. If you're a hobbyist PMV user this company is also for you. SIGMA Metalytics is a tip top manufacturer and Trusti Metrix is a Professional distributor that ensures great communications with both the Manufacturer and the end clients. Very rare these days! Honestly cant say enough good things about this distributor!
