Delivery was very quick.

Tea is good as usual, though it seems there are more bits of stalk in this batch.

I think I've only ever written one review on here before, I don't do reviews, I don't read them, so I don't see much point, unless the product and service are exceptional, exceptional enough to warrant my time in composing some words, for others to read, while not doing whatever else is on my day's to do list. It's quite the quandary sometimes, doing something for others, instead of yourself, especially in today's cultural climate. But enough of that, tea. Let's talk tea, that's why we're here. Ceylon High Grown this morning, arrived promptly @ 09:31 GMT, as informed it would by email at end of office hours on Friday, from an order placed a few hours prior to that, by phone, as my open source browser was having some issues with a quite expensive VPN following a recent update. Excellent, steeped in RO stripped water, heated pot, porcelain, mid century, German, quite rare, I own several of this type. Nuanced, expressive, full of life. Nice cuppa, big up the 'Arrogut crew. You done good. Bravo a touts.

Love the blends here they are full of flavour, intresting, and just the smell of some of them brewing bring immense comfort and joy. I've ordered a few times and delivery is always quick and packaged well. one day i must visit the shop!

My regular order of loose tea arrived promptly thankyou. I have two favourites Midnight rose 🌹 &PU-ERH CHAI AND THE ARE CONSTANTLY amazing . But i love that I can buy tasters of all the other teas . And thankyou so much for sending a new Rose tea I will give it the Derrian afternoon tea test . So watch this space

Tremendously fast delivery, the most fabulous Japanese green cherry tea, and the ability to buy sample sizes of all of their teas which is a great way to try new types and flavours without risk. Have recommended them to family, and will be using them again without hesitation.

I have had your teas before and they are fabulous, so much so I ordered them to be delivered to me in Portugal as I was missing them and we were staying for a few weeks.
Unfortunately this was probably not a good idea, as of yet I have not received them. I think there is a payment to be made which I am investigating and some one told me once this has been paid they will deliver them.

Horrible tea - bought a pack of Sencha Sakura which is an original Japanese blend of green tea and cherry blossoms. True Tea have instead used a horrible cherry flavouring which is so strong and artificial in taste that I got sick just by opening the pack.

Not sure how they're even allowed to call it Sencha Sakura tbh...

As I mentioned in my previous review, the taste is really appealing, the freshness quality, and delivery are also first class.
I have ordered twice and will no doubt order again!

Brilliant teas and very quick efficicent service.

I ordered some Earl Grey Rebel as a gift for a family member. In making the order via the website I made a stupid error, which was sorted out in a couple of minutes by a very helpful staff member over the phone. I made the order on Monday afternoon, and the tea was delivered on Tuesday. Absolutely top notch service. And excellent tea to boot!

Excellent tea, very promptly delivered.

I purchased the English Breakfast No12. After a few tries I now have a great cup of tea. There is a marked difference between the quality of tea from True Tea Co than other brands. Delivery and packaging was also great.

Ordered the English breakfast classic, earl grey blue, and sencha tea which arrived promptly! All super good quality and tasty, though I'd recommend going for the more expensive sencha teas as the basic one is quite weak in flavour (but that's how I like it).
