Based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire we source and supply the worlds best tea. We have an extensive range of tea which has been sought to appeal to customers who are as enthusiastic about tea as we are. We have a range of over 80 loose leaf tea blends which range from an english breakfast black tea all the way to a caramel rooibos tea. Although our products are available to purchase online, we also attend monthly farmer's markets and local events around Yorkshire, such as the Harrogate Flower Show. We are focused on providing a first class service and dispatching an array of quality teas to our customers, either at retail or wholesale, on a daily basis. Aside from loose leaf tea, we stock biodegradable pyramid tea bags which are plastic free and packed with our own loose leaf tea blends! If customers aren't sure which teas to choose, we have a tea subscription which is perfect for yourself or as a gift for a friend or loved one.

As always the quality and price of tea from True Team Company second to none, as is ordering process and delivery. They have become my default option for Earl Grey and especially Lapsang Souchong which has become hard to find. Thank you guys, I’ll be back!!

The tea smells and tastes the same
I ordered a week or so ago and was very exited to get some more exotic type teas, went with the Vietnam and a FOP grade Ceylon. They both smelled and tasted the same despite being two teas and if you like a Ceylon then you know a Ceylon and can distinguish it but the Ceylon had no characteristics of a Ceylon at all. I absolutely can not recommend this store the tea was dreary.

A tempting selection ...
There was a lovely selection of different teabags and teas, some of which I hadn't seen before. My order arrived speedily, was well packed and I'm already enjoying the best Nightime Tea and the ginger teabags. Brilliant service thank you.

Excellent Quality Herbal Teas
I've been ordering regularly since August 2022 and never had any issues. The teas are excellent quality and shipping is always quick. Great selection to choose from but I tend to stick with a few old faithful brews. Also bought a selection of teas and accessories for presents which have ben gratefully received.

Fantastic range and flavour
I wanted to try something more interesting than the fruit teas on offer in the supermarkets and came across the True Tea Co by chance. I am so glad I did. I bought a selection of 10 different fruit teas (both loose leaf and tea bags) and every single one of them was somewhere between very good and stand-out gorgeous! There was not one in the selection that I wouldn't have ordered again and it shows just how poor in quality and flavour the standard brand offerings are.
Having finished my first batch I have just ordered another selection of different fruit teas and added on some herbal options and also some rooibos. I have never liked rooibos at all, but given the quality of their fruit teas I am willing to bet that True Tea Co's rooibos options are going to be similarly good. So very pleased I found them and enjoying my flavour experiments very much.
On a practical note, orders are dispatched very quickly and well packed so they arrive in perfect condition. The bags the tea itself is packed in is very attractive and appealing.
