I have bought this as a present it looks great.I’m sure it will be a good addition to the golf bag .Delivery went well all good.

Everything was first rate from ordering to delivery. Would definitely recommend purchasing from this company again

No update on delivery. Tracking information doesn't work. No response to emails or chat function on website. Suspect I've wasted my money and will now need to contact my bank to claw the money back.

Looking for a gift for my three year old nephew who is so proud of his new golf bag, clubs, etc. As a golfer, getting your tees available for a round of golf can be trying at times. Location, breaking, loosing, stabbing in your pocket is frustrating. The True Putts Tee Holder is just perfect, not just for my nephew but for his Dad too. Colors are great but most sold out fast. DJ (nephew) will love the addition to his bag (if he stops playing with it) and the tees and towel will be well received.

First time using this site, extremely impressed by the products and timely delivery …. Will definitely use again!

I am very happy with my order they are great .The Delivery was quick and the goods were very well made not cheap looking like alot of things you buy off the Internet, my husband and Son will be made up opening them on Christmas day so I can't really comment on whether ther are fit for purpose but i do know they are worth the money and a bit of fun ontop

Hopeless. Ordered 2 items which still have not arrived after waiting 2 weeks. Now their recipients will not be getting them as Xmas gifts as planned.

Fun piece of golf equipment which works very well holding my tees. Positive comments from fellow golfers about my item. The towel which was part of the package is pretty good as well

Happy with product when it arrived. If buying for a birthday/christmas allow about 2 weeks for delivery.
Would be nice if the product was boxed rather than just a clear bag, would improve the presentation, especially if the item is for a gift.

Did not realise the item was shipped from abroad so took a little time but when it arrived in UK it was delivered by Royal Mail tracked, only criticism is I have ordered 2 different colour tee peg holders as gifts and there is no way of knowing if correct coloured items have been sent as no indication on packaging, maybe a little sticker with the colour placed on items would help as these are Christmas presents and will not know till that day if right items have been sent

The delivery was prompt, the products are great and it came with two free gifts.

Delivery time was very long and not kept very well informed. Product looks good now it has arrived.

Really pleased with the Trueputts purchase and delivery time. I bought two for Christmas presents. Just one thing would have improved my experience: I bought two different colours but I couldn’t find anything on the individual bags to differentiate them. It’s a guessing game if they get the right one 🤣

Good. Shipping takes awhile. My sister even emailed to ask if this was a real company. Pleased with the product.

Order took forever to be shipped out. So difficult to get a response via their customer service email. Initiated a return & refund process, but the refund did not arrive until I disputed my credit card charge.

Ordered on the 29/11 received email on 02/12 saying order despatched, wasn’t aware that item was coming from china or wouldn’t have ordered anyway.
No update on tracking at all and have contacted company several times only to be told order has been despatched and I should receive it this week.
Now ignoring my emails.
Not helpful at all
