Ordered a specific part number that applies to a service bulletin. Received an earlier revision part number that matched the failed part but was not priced correctly. They refuse to take it back without a 30% restocking fee which is insane. Found the exact part they sent me down to the damage and writing on ebay for half the price so they are definitely just drop shipping.

I like that they use your VIN# to make sure you get the right part. The part I received was made in the USA which is rare and they followed up with a phone call. Great service!!!! I just wish they carried more parts.

The part has been installed and functions well. I reduced the rating by on star because the "chat" feature on the website provided erroneous information. This caused me have go through a return process with additional shipping expense. I recommend using email or call them. All's well that end well though...

Needed a Cummins gear case. Called and verified stock over the phone then ordered online like the person suggested. 2 days go by and received a refund for part no other explanation. Emailed them to ask what happened and no response. If you are on a time line for a repair be careful.

I ordered 2 turbos next day air and only one was delivered and they are giving me the run around about the second turbo as well my refund for next day air. They only pickup when you call from a different number , DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Spent $1,700 on a motor for my CNC mill. It was tested upon arrival and it was a bad motor. Returned the motor for refund. It has been over 3 weeks since they received it and they are ignoring all of my emails and phone calls. They answered once 5 days ago and said they would send the refund and it would take a few days and I would receive an email about it but still no email, no refund, no returned phone calls. I'm a small business owner. I cant afford to lose out on that much money.
