This is a company taking advantage of a already bad situation. They have taken what little parking we had and are now trying to charge us for it.

I like their customer support contact system, it got my problem fixed within a minute.

You find a parking, pay properly, park a trailer properly and think everything will be good, right? Wrong! When you come back you will find out that your trailer has been towed away, only because the stupid property Manager was not able to identify the booking for your trailer. And, Truck Parking Club does not seem to be willing to take responsibility. They don't even seem to be willing to acknowladge that it is their problem. You are on your own.

Robert helped me in a tight situation. I didn't know how to remotely pay for my space in Pennsylvania and I was all the way in NY. He took the time out to walk me through the process and I was able to get it done.

Robert was very helpful. I am a parking lot owner. He helped me understand what truckers want and need and make some adjustments to my property and advertising thank you.

Robert helped us for 5 times in a row, his response is always quick and on the spot.

My car was parked at my Trucking Club parking lot. I didn’t realize that I had to leave my car information on the website. I received a text that my car would be towed since it didn’t seem to belong there. I responded to the text and got a return call. What a great driver! She has retired after several decades of driving. Her customer service was fantastic! She explained more about The Club. There is much more to it than I knew!!! Thank you so very much!! 😃

All these parking places are expensive and for what? Most of them cost $25 for a ten hour break. Some places even charge more. They offer nothing at all. No restrooms. No restaurants. No convenience stores. And most of the truck parking places are a dirt lot that is not taking care of with holes big enough to bury a car. When you can park at a truck stop FREE and have all the amenities that you need

I parked in Blountville, TN. Lifesaver since there aren’t any truck stops for 100 miles. No fence or anything but it was a quiet neighborhood and I only parked my empty trailer. Will book in the future.

Easy to sign up and customer service was excellent after I noticed an error on my account information,they showed me how to make the correction so my information showed properly
The stay was great
Well lit area with security rolling through like clockwork
Really enjoyed the experience and most definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay for one night or 30
Check these folks out they have reasonable prices from hourly to monthly rates most definitely can see me staying at one of their lots again in the near future

Easy entrance and access from I-10. Dirt lot but plenty of space. Easy to back into a parking spot. Well lit area. Entrance gates are spacious. It's a repair shop. If in need of service or repairs, inquire. Professional personal. Clear communication and instructions.

Great customer service, Mr.Robert helped me over the phone to understand what they offer in each location and answer all my questions than i found out he was a truck driver for 42 years , thank you sir for your service , I create my account and add my truck it was very easy , I received email and text with all info .
