Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! Friendly and responsive, most of the hosts respond immediately and will handle any issues you have at locations. I have used TruckParkingClub consistently and will continue to do so, highly recommended!!

I started using Truck Parking Club…

I started using Truck Parking Club about a year ago, and at first I wasn't sure about it, but now it's a must-have tool. The locations are spot on most of the time when you need it the most. When you're running out of time, working on recaps, or it's late at night and you can't find a spot, Truck parking club truly has your back.

Kim was an amazing help. From start to finish she helped me with all my needs. She deserves a raise. Very sweet lady. Can't say enough about how wonderful it was to have her help. Thank you kim!!!!!

Truck Parking Club is the way to go

Truck Parking Club is very convenient with an array of lots to choose from usually nearby your destination and it's affordable with choices from daily, weekly, or monthly options. All of the facilities have 24/7 monitoring or security of some kind. Easy entrance with keypads and/or unlock app features right from the booking tabs. My only concern that they're getting better at is the customer service automation. I would prefer an option where the responsiveness is much quicker than the automated call number or form to reach out to customer service. Usually they respond within 24hrs

Best place to park if your in the Louisville area

Best place to park if your in the Louisville area. Very convenient location with an easy in and out. Nobody bothers you, very peaceful, restaurants, hotels and truck stop nearby and the gentlemen who owns it is a retired truck driver of 42 years, very understandable gentlemen who helped me out of a tight spot when I needed it the most. I was tight on cash till payday and he not only went out if his way to help me but gave me a free day of parking all together, awesome guy. Only place I will park when coming to this area.

My experience with truck parking club has been amazing! Kim is exceptional and provides awesome customer service, attention to detail and excellent assistance if needed. I’ve been a member for many months and I would recommend joining the club to all.

Great Experience from the start

The whole experience from the start was great i spoke with a customer representative named kim she was the sweetest woman and very helpful with the process which i also became a member with great perks and reasonable prices.
