I‘m the owner of the Coralfarm and Saltwateraquarium company called PolypFarm, we regularly use TMC for Saltwater fish , Invertebrate and corals. The customer service and quality of live animals that we receive is just outstanding and amazing every single time! Especially pleased with Stefans work, customer satisfaction on point, without a single fail. The teams in the warehouse, office and fish house are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I Bought a TMC tank and products to modernise and increase my hobby. I contacted tmc as I had a slight problem after setting things up. Fast replies and A1 customer service and great products. I don't say this very often but I'm proud of myself for choosing TMC. I can't thank them enough.

Very prompt response and resolution to failed pump

I needed a replacement UV ballast for my UV fitting which was handled very quickly. As a rule TMC do not usually deal directly with the public, but they made time to answer my questions and send out the replacement once payment was made.

Had an issue with a product. They sent out replacement parts next day delivery with detailed instructions on how to repair it. Perfect service with fast response times.

They handle the issue with absolute professionalism, and I absolutely put a lot of other companies to shame they go above and beyond.

Spoke to Dawn via TMC chat about ordering a rather unusual Scorpion Fish, she was incredible and went above and beyond to source the fish for me and even managed to obtain photos from the London branch - she is an absolute credit to TMC. One very happy customer.
