Zie nog steeds geen verbeteringen bij dit bedrijf en in de Reviews van mede gedupeerde.
Kreeg recent wel een bericht dat het ze speet dat de levering niet was aangekomen en dat ze het opnieuw zullen versturen. Maar op mijn vraag wie dan de lokale bezorgdienst is krijg ik geen antwoord.

Es una estafa clara, hice un pedido el 9 de marzo y sigo sin recibir nada, me he puesto varias veces en contacto con ellos y me han contestado que perdone el retraso y que lo enviaran otra vez, y sigo sin recibir nada, es vergonzoso tenemos que denunciarlo todos ya que nos han engañado como han querido

I ordered things 65 € and they sent me a cheap ring, that i haven't ordered, just to say me that i received.
When i mentioned that to them they said me that my package has lost.
Don't order anything from them.
There is none star, to put.

Hola. Hice un pedido el pasado día 2 de abril y como no recibí nada , intenté ponerme en contacto con ellos a través del email q proporciona esa empresa fraudulenta en su web.
Me llegaron 2 avisos de q fue imposible la entrega de mi mensaje en dicha empresa.

Timo, te dicen que esta entregado, y que pregunte a vecinos haber si lo han dejado hay , y me ofrecen una devolución del 60 por ciento, porque tienen pérdidas, más he perdido yo que pague y no lo he recibido

Me ha pasado exactamente lo que comenta Pablo Yu (y otros). Pagas, y el pedido nunca llega. Te dan largas, para que pase el tiempo y no puedas recuperar el dinero (en mi caso pagué con VISA)

Estafa, la pena que siendo en china poco puedes hacer...

Es una estafa, incluso llegan a enviarte un código de seguimiento que van actualizando hasta que dice que ha llegado y que lo has recogido.
No recuerdo en que publicidad vi el anuncio y es una pena porque hay que denunciar estos casos.
