Beautiful product. I did encounter an issue with the delivery and installation team. But after a phone call and a couple of emails a resolution was achieved. Same delivery and installation team attended again and were polite, understanding and took extra time to make things perfect. I never mind having a problem occur, it's how it's dealt with that sets companies apart from each other. So from my experience I can say I am wholly satisfied and feel TRL value thier customers and I'd not hesitate to reccomend or purchase from them again.

Nearly delivered to the wrong address, the quality? Not stained underneath only the top of the bench. The corner of bench welded and left shiny silver when the rest is clearly grey on legs. Disappointed.........

I am completely gutted and disappointed with my order from TRL handmade furniture, after buying what I thought was a beautiful rustic, unique table… I received a very basic square wooden top with a lick of vanish costing £350!!! This is sadly false advertising as the table I purchased is nothing like what I wanted from their website and I have been told I cannot have any kind of refund!! Please be mindful when you order from this company that you get what you want as I would hate this to happen to anyone else I know have a table with no use, really poor service.

The customer service when I bought my table and benches was great. My questions were responded to quickly and allowed me to make the right decisions about the size of the table and benches. The delivery and construction was great, friendly lads, efficient even though it was raining. When I bought the furniture it was a three to four week wait, but it took seven weeks with no explanation about the cause of the delay. We are happy with the table and benches, they are lovely, and the delay would not have mattered if only the reason had been explained.

Nearly delivered to wrong address, if I hadn't rang on day of delivery after I noticed the wrong address on the tracker! I wouldn't have received !!. They've done it on the cheap they didn't even stain underneath the bench just the top!! And the corners on the metal bespoke (paid extra for) was not painted on the corners. disappointed

Originally, I was quite disappointed due to a miscommunication—the delivery team didn’t complete the installation and left, which was frustrating. However, once the manager Ben got involved, he responded quickly, apologised sincerely, and arranged for the installation to be completed without delay.

I really appreciated his professionalism and how swiftly the issue was resolved.

The quality of the furniture is excellent—you can tell by the weight and craftsmanship that it’s built to last. I hope the company continues to provide this level of high-quality service and treats customers with the care and respect they deserve.

Easy to find updated tracking on purchase. Table assembled at my property and slotted into place with little fuss.

Beautiful table, delivered fast and installed perfectly (they even took apart the previous table we'd not had time to move!). Perfect experience and would definitely recommend + use them in the future

Today we received our bench for our outdoor picnic area at work. Lovely for our staff to use whilst on their lunch. The table is beautifully made and the steelwork is incredible given the shape we requested. We asked for some angles on the bottom so we could bolt it down and they attached some steel with 13mm holes to bolt done. Would highly recommend TRL for their quality and service. Thank you :-)

Good service, delivery drivers worked late to make sure delivered as promised. Table top has a small split in the wood down the side which is a shame because apart from that there’s been no issues

A service offering tailored made service at reasonable prices

Legs were attached on arrival in the wrong place. So the bespoke measurements I had provided so that the table would fit around my radiator were made redundant. I had to take the legs off myself and put them back on in the right place.

I also called TRL an hour after the table arrived to let them know the oil had not taken in one large patch of the table making it completely patchy and noticeable. I was basically told it wasn't them and it must have been something I had done. Despite me not touching it once. After a week of back and forth all I have had is them sending me a pot of oi for me to apply. No instructions or anything.

Iv never applied wood oil before so it looks like I'm completely alone on this one despite paying £600.

Really nice quality coffee table. The only part that wasn’t quite right were the legs. The color on each corner of the legs was not painted all the way.

I visited the workshop to choose the material for my dining table. my original choice was oak, but I went with the American walnut .

Quality of the American walnut and the craftsmanship is fabulous. The service I received from Tim and his team were extremely professional.

We wanted a bespoke changing bench for a wheelchair user in the family that would bring style to the an already very nice bathroom.

We dealt with Tim at TRL and everything from the consulting stage to the delivery and assembly of a beautifully crafted item genuinely couldn’t have been better.

I’m not really the type to leave online reviews, but I wanted to shout about the great service and quality product from these guys.

Ordered a solid oak breakfast bar table for my new home and TRL hand-made it for me to my bespoke size requirements. Communication was great and very fast whenever I had a query, the order was fulfilled pretty quick and they provided a tracking email for the delivery. Overall the service couldn’t be faulted from start to finish.

The table was delivered on time and assembled for me very professionally by the delivery team. The product itself looks amazing and the quality & finish is absolutely on point. I couldn’t be more pleased, it looks stunning in my new home and definitely feels like a piece of furniture that will last a lifetime.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TRL Handmade Furniture to anyone looking for a quality piece. Professional, reliable and definitely value for money. I’m a happy dude.

I commissioned a bespoke Luxury American Walnut kitchen/dining table: 1200mm × 700mm × 760mm (height).
It arrived today, and its beautiful appearance FAR exceeded our expectations!!! It is100% perfectly crafted, made of the finest 50mm thick USA walnut, and the gently shaped and tapered edges instantly communicate its handcrafted bespoke nature. Simply a brilliant looking table!!

I dont normally do reviews but i was extremely happy with the service of TRL from start to finish, a big thank you to the delivery guys who were brilliant and so friendly. But the Brekkie Bar well its changed my kitchen, excellent craftsmanship, i love it thank you
