Can’t fault the service!
Ordered a retro golden lamp from Trendomark as a gift and there was a mix up with the courier (not their fault). I was pretty stressed because I needed it before a birthday dinner. Emailed them and honestly was amazed – got a reply in like 40 mins, they had already contacted the courier and even said they’d send a new one express if it didn’t get here in time.
It ended up arriving the next day thanks to them chasing it up, and they still followed up after to check everything was ok. That’s the kind of customer service you just don’t see much anymore. Made me feel like I could really trust them.
