I purchased wonderland tickets with drink all day payed 75 each ticket and got 2 of them . When I got there I was told it was only tickets to get in even though my email showed I payed for drinks as well . I'm a diabetic and need to make sure I have drinks when needed so thought it was a great idea to get it with the tickets. I went to guest service a d was also told when though the email says drinks it's not showing only tickets amd because I purchased them though this shit site i had to pay again for drinks all day . I emailed and got the same tickets sent to me without anyone actually looking into it. This is a scam . BEWARE THIS SITE IS A SCAM AND RIPS PPL OFF AND DOESN'T ANSWER THERE EAMIL . Horrible customer service I will be taking this further as well .

Rubbish rubbish - Avoid

Once I’ve paid they never sent me a flight deal, I’ve written to the customer center twice to ask for my money back (within the 14 days period) and they never replied. That’s scam!! Don’t subscribe!!

Despite cancelling the service via their website (travira.org), the company has continued to process monthly credit card charges. The site provides no option to stop billing or manage subscriptions, and the only contact method listed (an email address) has gone unanswered after multiple attempts. This leaves users unable to prevent ongoing charges.
