Merci pour cette visite du monastère de rila.Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les indications reçues pour trouver le lieu de rendez-vous.C'etait très précis et on a reçu le no d'immatriculation du bus,le nom du chauffeur, le nom et les coordonnées du guide.. vraiment tout ça est très rassurant.le programme était très clair.c'etait très appréciable surtout pour une visite dans un pays étranger où on ne parle pas la langue.. très bonne organisation

- Patience & Care: George picked us up across both terminals and graciously waited a few extra minutes past the appointed time to ensure our whole group was gathered without any stress.

- The Ultimate Local Guide: He was incredibly easy to talk to and packed with fascinating information about Bansko and the surrounding region. He gave us a handful of local recommendations that we later tried, and they turned out to be absolutely stellar!

- Accommodating & Thoughtful: Coming straight off a flight, most of us hadn’t had time for a food or restroom break. When we asked for a quick pitstop, George accommodated us without hesitation. It was a small gesture that made a massive difference for our comfort.

- Safety First: While it might seem minor to some, George made sure absolutely everyone had their seatbelt buckled before we set off. It’s a level of care and professionalism you don’t see with every company, and it made us all feel incredibly safe and looked after.

We arrived in Bansko right on schedule, and George kindly dropped each of us off right near our respective accommodations. It felt less like a standard transit and more like being welcomed to Bulgaria by a friend.

Agenzia consigliata dall' hotel presso il quale alloggerò a Sofia. Ho scritto una e mail chiedendo informazioni su alcune escursioni alla quale mi ha risposto esaurientemente Mariela. Ho prenotato due escursioni una Rila e una a Plovdiv con guida live in inglese, a distanza di una quindicina di giorni, guardando il sito di Traventuria ,ho visto che si era creata la possibilità di fare il tour a Plovdiv con guida live in spagnolo cosa che avrebbe comportato lo spostamento del tour di Rila che sarebbe stato concomitante con il tour in spagnolo a Plovdiv. Scritto e mail chiedendo la possibilità di effettuare i cambi, risposta di Nina che mi ha dato anche la possibilità di accedere ad un tour a Rila sempre in spagnolo. Estremamente flessibili, hanno esaudito le mie richieste. Bravi, ci vedremo a giugno

La guida Velislava è stata molto competente e brava. Ci ha dato molte spiegazioni su tante cose riguardo anche la città di Sofia e la sua storia antica. La chiesa di Buona è piccola e poco interessante ma il Monastero di Rila vale la pena, anche perché durante il tour si ammirano tante cose della città di Sofia e dei suoi dintorni.

I traveled from Bansko to Sofia Terminal 1 with our driver, Pesho. He was punctual, and the journey was smooth and pleasant throughout.

From even before we arrived in Bansko we used Traventuria for our ski/snowboard equipment hire and shuttle service to our hotel. All went very smoothly and easy meaning we had a good afternoon on arrival in Bansko. We headed straight to the main office to get organised, it was my first ski holiday and they were very accomodating to make sure the kit was a perfect fit, I also totally recomend the use of thier lockers as it was so close to the gondola. I also booked in lessons which were competitively priced and very good and one day took the horse riding tour which was fabulous from a family farm with a lovely mini zoo and all the animals were well cared for and the guide made me feel very safe. It was a beautiful experience. Totally recommend Traventuria for all your needs in Bansko and I can't wait to come back and will be using them again. Professional, friendly and helpful staff with a well organised working environment. Really made the whole experience smooth, fun and confidance boosting. Thank you 😇🥰
