An Exceptional service from the team at Travel SOS. They were professional and courteous when we were let down at the last minute by a local company. They were quick to respond, even with the time difference and explained all the steps they required to give us a quote(number of people and luggage etc). Once we accepted their very fair price, they kept us informed at every stage, including our driver, Khadar, who gave us a 5 minute notice of his arrival. They delivered 13 of us and luggage, seamlessly to our destination in Bristol from Birmingham Airport. Travel SOS made the last day of our holiday a real treat. We had a fantastic round trip from Birmingham to Manchester with this service. Our driver, Yasser, was exceptional. He was strictly on time for both the outbound and return journeys and waited for us patiently in Manchester. The car was incredibly comfortable and clean. Driver contact a day before travel to confirm itinerary and provide their contact details. Arrived on time for pick up. Drop off at airport no hassle, polite service. Pick up time on return journey 10 days later Driver advised arrival at terminal and awaiting our arrival. Same place as drop off. Polite professional, clean minibus. We’ve been using minibuses provided by Travel SOS for the past 5 years and each the time the service has been fantastic. Travel SOS provide first class service. We had a brilliant driver, Ali, who made sure we arrived on time at our destination and the customer service was great. Would definitely recommend Travel SOS to others.

Driver Ali was very friendly, responsive and helpful, we had an organised a day out in the Peak District with about 5 families that included Dove Dale and Matlock Bath. I would definitely use him again.
