I was having a problem booking holiday online. I phoned and spoke to Adam H who dealt with it for me. Exceptional customer service and when I was having network issues he was very reassuring - telling me not to worry about it. He was extremely patient and just so very, very good at making the whole booking experience so easy. 10/10 and a gold star 🌟

Called to book a short break to Krakow. Adam Hallsworth is really a credit to you he couldn’t have made booking any easier! He was really helpful and couldn’t have done any more between checking location, reviews and matching all the requirements I’d asked for, and for the best price too. Karen was absolutely wonderful in helping us choose the perfect family holiday after a change of plan with our existing holiday.
She researched lots of various destinations and hotels for us and had a wealth of knowledge.

Vicki Newley was absolutely brilliant.
I had to cancel flights to Sharm EL Sheikh due to the war.
The most expeditious way was to "convert" to an Easyjet Holiday.
Vicki was painstakingly patient and articulate.

I spoke to Michelle TSN as I wanted some advice with a weekend break to Amsterdam. She was so helpful, and a pleasure to speak to. She gave great tips about location of the hotel and had my booking sorted in no time. The whole booking process was very efficient. From this experience I would most certainly book with TSN again.

I'd gone on a live chat with easyjet to tell them I wasn't going to make the flight in 2 days time due to a dental emergency. I didn't think they'd be holding the plane for me like some kind of princess if I didn't show but just though it was courteous to let them know. Well thank god I did as they referred me to Travel Solutions Network where I spoke to Adam who very helpfully (and cheerfully) talked me through the process of swapping my flight cost to a future holiday. I had no idea this was an option and had written the money off. Thanks Adam!
