Nick is the guy you need!

We had a weird website situation which wouldn’t allow us to book a trip for 5 people with 2 separate rooms. The term ‘above and beyond’ doesn’t do Nick justice. He was patient, calm and willing to do anything to get the problem sorted.

Once everything was resolved I realised I’d managed to spell the name of one of my children wrong when checking in online.

EasyJet were useless but Nick saved the day again. After hours, nothing too much trouble, always returned calls and did exactly what he said he’d do.

Phone answered very quickly which was a nice change with bigger companies! Adam H was very helpful in giving me alternate, better flights which made my decision to proceed very easy. Booking process very easy and no misunderstandings. Adam was very professional from start to finish, and I will definitely consider using TS again.
Its a shame that Easyjet promo codes expire at 8am on date of expiry though, but this isnt TS' fault of course!
