First Holiday Let
After considering Travel Chapter for our first cottage rental, they were quickly on the job and sent an agent around to inspect the property (pre refurb) and give valuable advice on how to proceed. The process was explained in detail and if there were any problems along the way, they would be there to assist. What was thought to be a daunting task was made easy by their professional advice and the whole process of getting on to the holiday let market was a breeze. Thank you.

Superb Property Manager
As a holiday cottage owner I am very satisfied with the level of support from my Property Manager Stephen. He is extremely professional, quick to respond to queries and attentive, as well as understanding what matters to small business owners in this industry. He takes time to check in and make sure everything is running smoothly and I feel very confident that he would tackle any issue, no matter how small or complex.

Joice is always there to speak to if I have a query. Its a very personal service. Its a great company for both owners and guests, I would recommend them.

Great experience getting our cottage online
Some friends of ours recommended The Travel Chapter to us as they had been letting their three properties successfully with the company for several years.
When we contacted the company, an appointment was made for us to meet with Samuel Knight. Throughout the whole process of getting our cottage online, Samuel has been brilliant and it has been such a pleasure meeting him and corresponding with him! He’s made the process really easy, given us rental figures that we are happy with, provided information and answers to all of our questions promptly, he hasn’t rushed us into making a decision and he has worked with us with regards to the period of time the cottage is let for this year.

I have been with Holiday Cottages for approximately 2.5 years .We moved to them after a terrible experience with another holiday letting company
Holiday cottages have been excellent and my property listing has great photos and accurate description .The management of bookings and my payments have been perfect .Holiday Cottages stands head and shoulders above their competitors because they provide a named property manager .The property manager is available by phone and email and this ensures all queries are answered promptly.My property manager is excellent Joice is always there to help answer my questions and ensure my property maximises all potential bookings .I can recommend Holiday Cottages without reservation.

Travel Chapter will take you to the Moon...Cottage
In July of 2023 I engaged the services of Travel Chapter (holidaycottages.co.uk) to market our Holiday Cottage, Moon Cottage Wittersham (Property code: OC-M27683).
A professional freelance photographer came and took some amazing photos for the web presence incl drone shots.
Our bookings have been excellent with 81% occupancy in 2023-24, 89% in 2024-25 and this year we are already at 75%.
The service from Joice, our Travel Chapter manager is excellent.

Best company I’ve used yet
I like the way the property is advertised and displayed, but most of all it’s the staff that make the difference. They are always there to help you to make the best of your property and to solve any issues. Also great to have a dedicated Account Manager who I can call at anytime for advice and help. Makes running this property a lot smoother

We've been using Travel Chapter since 2018 and their service has been first class. The property managers are really helpful - I'd like to namecheck Joice who is exceptional - and we get all the information we need to run our business. An Excellent Holiday Let Experience with Travel Chapter
Excellent service from Travel Chapter holiday letting my property since 2019. I have a dedicated Homeowner Account Manager who is approachable and available, she sends regular updates on how my property and the market generally is performing and provides me with useful advice on what improvements I can make to increase occupancy and revenue. The Account Manager visits the property when required and at least once a year, it's good to have a face to face meeting from time to time. My property books very well throughout the year due to it being listed on various Travel Chapter platforms - the marketing reach is fantastic and Travel Chapter arranged and paid for professional photographs. I receive regular updates from the company advising on legislation changes/requirements so that I can rest assured I am compliant with everything I need to be. The reservation system works seamlessly and I am paid in advance for bookings. The owner account is easy to use and I can look up all the booking details, party make up, finance, etc. I couldn't have had a more positive experience over these last six years. Bookings for this year are once again looking great, and there's even a couple in for next year already.

Don't use
Don't use! This whole saga started when, with no prior communication, Travel Chapter (TC) emailed me, thanked me for my time, confirmed a meeting in March and said it was about renting out my property. This was 99% a mistake, 1% likely to be a scam, so I said no to it all, not least because I don't have a property to rent out. So I put a review on Trustpilot, received a boilerplate apology to the wrong problem and now they're hassling me for personal details. Don't touch. N

Family holiday in Saundersfoot
