Bianca was quick and efficient. We had a group of students that needed to travel and she stayed on top of all the amendments and made it easy to keep a handle on costing and ensuring the students were happy with the amended options that was presented. We were able to swiftly get a few groups flight tickets finalized.

Incorrect booking left me high and dry
Accomodation had no record of the booking leaving me with a big problem after a long day of travel.
When speaking to The Travel Group, they passed the buck a few times across several calls, before I was told there is nothing they can do.
Very stressful and would never give a secnd chance as it is far too important for these things to be correct. he stress isn't worth it.
